My family and I decided to go on Kerala trip. So my wife booked this hotel and she told me that this hotel raving customer reviews. All customers reviews is true. The service is excellent and view is splendid. Also they have restaurant in the top floor with great food. The view on the top floor is awesome. Excellent in service, food was also good, on time service, happy culture, supportive staff, excellent rooms, valley view hotel, rooms has excellent outer view, beds are also set in a direction that you wake up with a great view in front of your eyes... Hotel Tea village is just owesome place to stay with your family.. valley view from hotel room..Testy food .good behaviour of staff with smile on face..they arrange born fire also for guest..indoor Games is also there .perfect location for Munnar visit..you can take Jeep Safari from just outside of hotel..all cultural show also just walking distance from hotel..Thank you "Tea village"for give us such a nice memories..

Had an amazing experience with Rushin at Front Office and Majesh at Food and Beverage Tea Village Munaar was our best staycation in 2022 It was packed with all best of both ☺️ Nature and luxury From the Hotel Location to its Food and services i give 10/10 All hotel staff were responsive and simply amazing. 10 on 10 all parameters... location, food, staff, hospitality experience, etc... Authentic kerala food will be delivered on request... We satyed for 2N-3D... Hotel having true sense of customer need... We will go again to same hotel..

We had stayed in Tea Village recently in December. It’s a nice property with a beautiful view .we got a balcony view room, the view was amazing from the balcony. The staff was very polite and immediately catered to any requests. Would like to thank them for a pleasant experience and also Thanks to my booking agency Feel India Tours & Travels for booking my stay here.

It was an amazing stay in TEA village, Munnar. I planned a 2 day stay here with my mom and had a wonderful girls trip with special mention to the beautiful views provided by the resort. Thank you to all the staff of TEA village from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping for the wonderful experience given. The safety aspect since we were 2 ladies alone traveling was also taken care by the resort in all respects.

Actually resort is good and staff down category also known how to speak with customers but GM Mr. Umesh don't how to speak or treat with customer such a worst person by him . Way of the language by treating with customer is ruthless . He don't know hospitality service itself . If the GM is same manner definitely owner will loss the business

It was a very nice stay with beautiful views. The rooms were clean and hygienic. We stayed for 2days and had breakfast and dinner for both days. The staff were Friendly and were great service. I will recommend it any time to anyone

5star for F & B services, Overall location good easy to connecting munnar town. Breakfast/ Food tasty. Kept small garden surrounding across all rooms to feel staying in nature. Enjoy staying two days without any problems. Provided required services on-time.
