Hotel Vishala is situated opposite of Bus stand and very near to railway station, very conjusted and heavy traffic area,if you are travelling with your own car parking will be a problem.due to heavy traffic the place is always crowded and hence will not find peace, bus or train sounds can disturb your sleep.room interior is ok but rooms are comparatively small.they have a roof top garden?restaurant but very poor quality of food and bad service.Even if been indicated 1 night before you will not get expected service on time.only plus point is you will have free wifi here.

Hotel is located just opposite to bus depot, that can be considered as an advantage.
Rooms are a bit old and need renovation.
Rooms are otherwise clean, so are bathrooms.
They have a restaurant and room service as well, but did not have food so can't comment on that
Parking space is available.
Air conditioner was working well.

The main purpose of this trip was to climb Mount Girnar ( a sacred place for Jains), which is right outside Junagadh.

This is a two star sort of hotel and is reasonably priced.

Room: Very clean. Surprising for a hotel of this class. Water dripped from the AC on the first night, but it worked fine after that.

Food – Good. The kitchen staff was willing to make it as per our taste. A thumbs up to them. We tasted Indian vegetarian food only.

Location – right opposite the ST bus station. It is easy to get an auto rickshaw at odd hours here.

Service – Amateurish, but more than tolerable.

Dislike – The parking is next to a garbage dump. The surroundings of the hotel are not clean.

Like – (1)free wifi. (2)The roof top restaurant was nice. A pleasant cool breeze blew regardless of the time of the day.

This is a hotel that is right on the railway tracks. So, you get to feel like you are in "My Cousin Vinny" with the trains running through. On the other side is a bus stand where they insist on making very loud announcement of buses coming in and going out every two minutes starting 5am. In between, you have a railway gate where when the train goes through, the gate is shut and there is a track block that takes 20 minutes to clear. The honking from impatient drivers add to the cacophony.

There is a whole lot of litter in the back which is a real eye sore. The staircase is something else-- full of garbage, spit, and other yucky stuff. In case of a fire, you are better off jumping off the window as you will not make it through the stairs. The restaurant is a basic road side Dabha on the roof that serves oily, spicy, restaurant-style Punjabi food that will get anywhere these days and all dishes will taste the same. The elevator is very small and if you hold your breathe two or three people can use it at the same time.

The inside of the room is somethingelse. It is as if you have traveled through a portal to a different world. It is actually aesthetically done and reasonably comfortable. Of course, there are no place to hang clothes or any wardrobe-- it is as if the designer did not expect anyone to stay here.

Junagadh is unfortunately a disgustingly dirty town. I am told that this was the case for at least a century now. The Nawab did not care for this place and neither does the local Panchayat. The only reason to go there is Chandragupta's fort (the Upkarkot) and perhaps the tombs of the Nawabs (which are great to look at during sunset). Frankly, I am not much of a tomb person; I am not sure I want to visit the dead of some unknown person however good he may have been. In that event, why punish yourself with this hotel?

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as members of a conducted tour group. The room was spacious, non AC, clean, the TV worked well, bathroom was ok and service too was ok.

However, on the flip side, the hotel is situated in a very shabby and dusty area. Not a likeable location. Secondly, it is just next to a railway crossing. Locos of the trains passing by at regular interval blow their hooters every now and then. This was very disturbing and affected sleep quality.

The hotel has a small and slow lift that can carry only 3 persons at a time. The stair case is closed and used instead as a huge spittoon. This is very risky. In the event of fire, where will residents escape from? This is main reason why I have downgraded this hotel.

The State Transport bus stand is just across the hotel and can be convenient for those arriving in / departing from Junagadh.

I stayed in hotel vishala for 1 day. It is very near to junagadh bus station so very easy to reach. I stayed in non ac room. Room was very neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean. The only problem was there was a loud noise of train 4 - 5 times a day for almost 15 to 20 seconds. Non ac room price was 650 Rs. The price of restaurant is also very economic. Staff is polite and co operative.

I went to this hotel in Nov 2017 with my family. It was suggested by a relative who had stayed there. When I spoke to Hotel staff over phone they booked my room without any advance and also suggested nice hotels for my other destinations. The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the ST Bus stand. If you want a quiet place, go somewhere else. The hotel is nice, clean enough and rooms are spacious. But there is no view from the room.

It is ideal to stay in the city and can roam in the other parts of the city.

Exactly oppositie the bus stand it very easily accessible.
The rooms average sized and well maintained.
The bathrooms are also well maintained.
You may hear a train honking sometimes as it is situated just along the railway track.
Don't expect a view from any room.
They have a restaurant on the terrace but I have not had food at this place so can't rate that part.
