Had a very good stay in Click Hotel. The biggest advantage is the Bhuj railway station which is just 50 mtrs. Hotel, food, cleanliness, and staff are amazing. Nice location, if you are at Bhuj for Rann Utsav. Stay was good, reasonably good rooms, restaurant was superb, sumptuous dishes, courteous and welcoming “Nigam” (the restaurant boy) to serve food, some good old melodies played in the restaurant added flavour. Special appreciation to Nigam for being an excellent host

I visited the Hotel with my friend for having the lunch , Within the service time I started some work on my laptop just few minutes after that we started our lunch and I forgot my laptop on the Cash counter of Restaurant, we were happy to have the great time in that hotel and Was about to Rate it on TripAdvisor by our own , and in advantage of that One employee called NIGAM rapidly recognised that this laptop was mine and I might be at the station,manager also helped him to announcing in the enquiry centre, I am so glad that NIGAM BHAIYA came and handover my laptop to me, So Happy To Visit the hotel and will always recommend my all frnds, Respected Citizens and Juniors to visit the hotel whenever they stay at BHUJ. The Hotel service was awesome, The Staff is Amazing, and The Manager is so helpful, Thank You Click Hotel for such a fantastic experience, Loved it ❤️…

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially Muhammed Ramzan in the restaurant. He was very professional and I hope he progresses further in his career. Congratulations to him and his wife for the birth of their first daughter Mahira. Breakfast was great. One could ask the staff to make omelette, masaala dosa etc. The hotel building from outside looked a bit tired but the inside decor and the rooms were perfect. Manager Ketan was very helpful too. Good value for money. Hope to visit again soon.

We checked in late at 10pm we were asked to order food if we need at the time of arrival only , we did that . Food arrived in 45 min after a lot of requests that too whole Biryani was burnt .. pathetic food after a long journey.. We Ignored the dinner part hoping we will have some fresh thing in breakfast , breakfast was limited and no one there to refill anything after a lot of requests we were provided with spoons.. forget about the food. Being on a vacation and paying hefty amount is worthless.. We had a bus to catch to Runn just 10 m from the hotel requested the manager to pls pack the breakfast but that was also not done we waited 40 min for same eventually had to leave the hotel without having any meals and on top paying the full amount.

Food taste is below average. Hotel shares its entry point with railway station. Blanket and extra bed provided are like the one in trains. They have mixed shower and shampoo in one bottle which makes it useless for any purpose. Slow service. Only good thing is location is accessible and staff is polite.

Not worth for value you pay, Maximum Rs 2000 per day can be paid based on Service they are giving. Can hear train noise clearly in your room. No proper Bathroom Interior, Bathroom kit not available, Worst food quality, bedsheet not clean, Dont have tourist guide or map. Lobby AC switched off. Does not have a feel of value you pay to them. Otherwise hotel is neat and clean (Only positive, rest all negative)
