One word, it's a cheap place filled with a team of rubbish staff, total unprofessional, fake promises and zero delivery. I booked a royal suite for a family vacation on 25th june 2024. The front office guy was very rude, checkin was delayed, we had to wait for 20 mins. Stair, common areas were filled with dead bugs. Room was big but bed had a torn sheet dirty blanket and filthy curtains around the bed, torn towels, Rusty bath fittings, broken bath tub with a broken rusted handle. Total racipie of infection and hazard. In the evening we tried to go to pool with was again very filthy, when we complaint to front office Biplav and Vivek were not ready to listen only and give solution, but asked me to checkout if I don't like the property. Then Mr. Kiran helped me to upgrade my room. Don't think u would be able to use the pool as it will be shared by locals who pay 200 rs and can use the pool for full day. So no privacy and exclusivity. Breakfast had very limited choices, food tasted ok. Overall, never recommend for good travellers, only low budget travelers will be happy here
