Lovely place, clean, simple, affordable, friendly. Good intro to the city, kind owner who helped us in many ways. Two roof tops, kitchen facilities, free hot water, motorbike parking, checkout time 24hour after check in. Highly recommended.
One time stay. Enjoyed the central location for easy shopping. After two days started looking out for other places to stay. Interesting place to meet travellers from other countries. Good breakfast. Basic amenities. Supportive staff.
The guest house is a decent place where to stay for a few days. It's very basic, but it is clean and affordable. Perfect location to explore the area. The staff is polite and respectful. The rooms upstairs are better and with more light. I was staying in the ground floor and it can bit annoying as you can hear all the conversations of people relaxing in the courtyard. Besides there are not views as I didn't have a proper window. Overall good stay. I recommend it!
Very cheap place (400 for sr/500 for dr) where you meet lots of backpackers. Room is very clean and it is very quiet except the dogs overnight. Staff is very nice and very available. 30 secondes from city centre. 5mn from central bus station in tuktuk. (50 rupees)
the place is very basic but nice and clean and cheap there is a nice inside yard where you can sit and meet other travelers and the stuff were REALLY nice there is no hot running water- only hot bucket
The owner was very upset unfriendly angry ive ever met! The hotel is very cheap and simple. For wifi he ask for another charge fee. There is hot water only between 7-12 in the morning. We prefered to looked for another hotel and even to pay a little more and get a better place
The city guest house is a very perfect place to stay and explore the Kutch. Its reasonable. The rooms meet the requirements, not too sophiscated but one can stay here. They have a kitchen where they server only breakfast and tea. Hot water is available after 8 am, so if you are in a hurry, inform them a day prior. There are many international tourists as well who prefer to stay here.
City Guest House has comfortable rooms and with all basic necessities. If you want a fancy place to stay, then this isn't for you. It's the ideal budget accommodation! It's location is perfect. It is located in the old part of Bhuj, about 2 kms from the Bhuj railway station. The Prag Mahal and Aina Mahal are less than a 5 minute walk from this place. Around the area you will also find small shops selling some interesting Kutchi wares. You can spend your evenings by a nearby lake watching beautiful migratory birds. The caretaker is a very kind and helpful man. You will also meet a lot of interesting travelers at the guest house. It was a great experience staying here.
Much nicer then the similarly priced places options we looked at in Bhuj. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location in the center of town near some of Palaces/Museums. The owner was a bit grouchy.
Many tourists from various countries can be seen here. This place is inexpensive, hygienic, neat and has convenient access. If you are budget traveler, this place is one for you. Mr. Latif is the owner and very helpful to all of tourists. In breakfast omelet, toast and tea is served. Hot water is available for bath. Wi-Fi enabled place. The morning and evening the view from the terrace is very good. At walk able distance market is there where you can find local food which is must try. If you are interested in buying famous Bandhej printed materials there are many shops near by the guest house area. Bus stop is few mins walk away from there you can get buses to Mandvi Beach, Ajrakhpur, etc. Prag Mahal and Aina Mahal is just near by to this place. People of Bhuj are very helpful and calm. I had memorable stay here, would love to visit and stay here again.…
