Detailed Reviews
The resort is having basic amenities with an excellent host and amazing food. Huts are ethnic with a specialty, when the outside temperature is 25 degree inside its cool & pleasant, when outside is 5 degree its warm & cozy inside. It located at the check post of white rann around 25kms from the white desert. Beautiful & in natural surrounding, very different from a "star" stay. Its advisable to carry the basic amenities like towel, soap, shampoo etc although they provide towels.

The property is located near the 1st checkpost of White Rann at Bhirandiyara. It is run by a nice family and has very simple and basic Bhunga cottages. The location is almost midway between White Rann, India Bridge & Kala Dungar(if you consider Bhirandiyara route). Flipside is late night movement from Rann or if you wish to visit Rann late in the night or early morning. The food is homely, though we couldnt enjoy the ethnic food from menu as some other family staying for a couple of days got the menu changed. The father son duo take care of the needs. Hot water is served in buckets on demand. Had late night musical program by locals which was good. Bonfire in winter was also enjoyed by us. Recommended if you wish to stay in village type atmosphere away from noise.

In midst of dry land, close to the highway is this resort, owned by a localite and is absolute delight (if you have the liking for authentic flavours of local cultures)
The place has huts made of mud as the rooms.. Beautifully decorated in local kutchchi style inside and out.
The rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable with attached well equipped washrooms.
Food cooked in the kitchen by the owner's wife is light, nice, local in flavour (highlight being buttermilk and pure ghee- clarified butter)
If your there for Raan Utsav or otherwise..The place can be definitely considered
Note: the place is 30 min drive from the white dessert.

very bad experience, very bad facilities and uncomfortable stay.
Food hygiene is also very bad and unhygienic dishes and glasses and drinking water is also not good.
My request to you is never to go to such a bad place.
The location is also not right, they have pitched a tent in an open place and built a hotel. My advice to those going, look and think or your picnic will be spoiled..!! 00/10

This place was a hidden gem for me. Obviously I wasn't expecting much from this place as it being located in a small village. However, I was surprised by the hospitality of the owner Hira Bhai Bhavsar and his son Kishore. Their personal touch in everything made my stay memorable for the lifetime. If you want to stay in mudhuts (local bhungas), this is a place to be. Though some people might not like it as bathrooms were small. However for a rural stay it was more than what one can expect. Moreover, its located very near to the Bhirandiyara check post (about 200m) from where you get the access to enter white desert. White dessert is about 30 kms from this resort but roads being in excellent condition will take only 30 minutes to reach.
Food was excellent as it was local gujrati authentic food made on chulha by owners family members. Go there in large groups and you'll fall in love with this place.

The rooms are better than average but not good. The location is excellent given its proximity to Kal Dungarees and White Desert. The stay has tried to do local art in the rooms, it is poorly done. The use of plastic bathroom door and un-worked plywood on brackets as shelves are eye sores. The common area is nicely made with ethnic art however the dinning area is in the open which subjects the guests to chill. The food is bare minimum quality and the menu is fixed with bare minimum things. The service is sincere but of poor standard as the staff are family members without any exposure to basic service standards for hospitality. At Rs 3500/- a night (all meals included) Rann Rajwadi is over priced but still OK for stay if no other place found.

We had planned the trip to Kutch at very short notice. Had no choice but to stay away and at the entrance of white rann. There are many home stays which have been called as resorts.
I wouldn't categorically say it's the best but it's OK as stop gap arrangements. Father and son duo are quite helpful but if go beyond or not as per their time you don't even get anything to eat.
Rooms are reasonably priced. A bhunga can accommodate five beds easily. Only things is washrooms are very very basic. Don't expect hot water for bath because it's given in a bucket.
Though beds are on the ground they are in good condition s. Bed covers are also good. Electricity is available. But cellphone signals are limited. Data line s are not working so Google won't be available.
Very close to this location white rann tickets are available. There is a fresh milk mava sweets being sold next to ticket counter is also awesome.

The premise is shared (partitioned neatly and distinctly) by the family of Hira Bhasar, the owner of the property and that adds to the home-like charm of the place.
The bhungas or the mud-huts are beautifully decorated inside and have attached bathrooms. The amenities aren't many and that's how we liked it because it retained the earthy charm of the place.
The huts were spacious. The bathrooms clean and functional. The clear skies light up with the stars and one can spend hours gazing at them from the courtyard.
The food is cooked by the owner's family - the menu is simple and delicious. We didn't want a sanitized experience of a hotel and really enjoyed the feeling of sharing in their daily lives.
What stood out for us was the warmth and hospitality of the entire family, even with their limited means and exposure.

Located on the main road leading towards the Great Rann festival and Kaladungar, it is probably the closest you can stay from the festival is one is not staying in those tents.
They have hut units made of local mud, making them cosy and comfortable in all weathers. However, the other amenities and food are very average.
