Panaji, also known as Panjim, is the capital city of Goa and is one of the most popular tourist attractions. Situated at the banks of the Mandovi River, it showcases the convergence of past and the present in its architecture with its old Portuguese styled buildings and new commercial buildings, casinos and restaurants. Panaji’s brightly painted house and buildings of yellow, red and blue are a treat to the traveller's eyes. The narrow streets of Panjim are best explored by renting local bikes or joining one of the famous Hertiage Walks. The Floating Casinos and Night Cruises glittering along the Mandovi River surrounded by bright neon signboards. Panaji is also popular for the stunning Miramar Beach flanked by palm trees and the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, where you can walk through the mangrove forests amidst the chirping birds. TreeHouse Neptune is one of the oldest landmarks of the city of Panaji renovated recently, it opened its door to the guests in 2016.

Situated near the Azad Maidan, a stone's throw away from the conservation area where the jetty is located along with the big Casinos. There are shops, restaurants and cafes all around. So if you are looking to stay in Panjim, comfortably at a good budget, this is the go-to place.
I have stayed here earlier when visiting Panjim for official work. Hence I booked this place for me and my husband for two days while we were in Panjim. The staff was wonderful. I called earlier to request an early check-in, and Amit, who spoke with me on the phone, was reassuring about the stay and the hotel's hygiene efforts.
When we reached early, we had been upgraded, and Nishtha who checked us in was wonderful during our stay. The staff was meticulous about cleaning, were wearing masks at all times, and both the room service and housekeeping staff wore gloves.
The cleaning staff was too was taking all the precautions to ensure everything was spick and span.
We loved our room; it had a beautiful balcony with the view of the bustling street. A big tree provides shade and cover. You can sit there and enjoy a cup of tea in the evenings as you watch the world go by. It may get noisy with all the activity but we didn't mind it.
The room is spacious, with ample seating, good lights. All in all a very nice and comfortable stay. Staff was polite and took good care of us. We didn't opt for breakfast so we could enjoy new cafes every morning and sample the different fare.

Ankit and team hosted us for my wedding and their hospitality was brilliant to say the least. They took utmost care with every little detail and the food was amazing. We had 2 days of great fun, comfortable rooms, neat washrooms and Great staff to make our big day very special.

The management staff are fantastic, Kudos to Netra and Lino, thank you!!
1 example, we had my old mom with me. Netra
offered to deliver breakfast to the room. In another instance, we had a minor hiccup in the stay, and Lino went overboard to accommodate our request!
Location was just perfect, Miramar downtown! We could walk for shopping, 24 hour pharmacy, and plenty of authentic food restaurants!
As for facilities, great for downtown. Rooms are big enough for us tall people:) Everything like I would expect in a good hotel abroad!
Parking can be a little challenge, given downtown. But the front office staff and city attendant came to our aid every time. Also, since it's downtown, you can park on the next street; we never had a challenge beyond 10 minutes.

Stay at Neptune Hotel was delightful. Hospitality was amazing, provided quick service, the rooms were clean, amenities provided.
Food at Poe was great !
Special mention to Ankit (Front Office Manager), he and the other staff greeted everyone and managed the guests going above and beyond and made it a memorable stay for us 🍀😌

Had a 4 night stay at Treehouse Neptune Hotel Goa which is perhaps the most centrally located Hotel in Panjim of its class. Hotel staff was Polite, attentive and sympathetic and they gave us a complimentary upgarde to a bigger room with airy and sunny balcony. Housekeeping was excellent and rooms and toilets were squeaky clean. Front desk staffers were pleasant and extremely helpful especially Sandra,Subodh, Tipanna and Tausif. They helped us with local information and with how to move around in town easily.
Breakfast was warm,tasty and sumptuous mainly with Indian fare. Although the Hotel is a bit congested but it seems natural keeping in view its central location. Overall excellent place for short stays.

It will not be an overstatement if I say that the hearts of the staff here is as fluffier as the pillows here. Be it front desk, or the servers, the chefs, or the commute, there was no stone left unturned by any single person here in our service.
Right from Simar cradling us from the airport, to Amit dealing with all the logistics, to Ankit who was always ar an arms reach, Prabhakar was just a call away, Ujjwal would sometimes even appear magically when the need be, Pooja was the sweetest presence in the mess. I am missing out on so many names for sure, but not daring to miss out on paying my warmest regards to all the people at Treehouse Neptune.
My first time in Goa was the best time I have spent anywhere else.

It was an outstanding experience staying at this hotel. Netra, the restaurant in charge, and her team were very particular to see that we receive best of the hospitality and room service. Great hotel with perfect location
I stayed with my friends and truly enjoyed
Center of goa... So I also got time and energy to visit South too.
Baga calangute is just 20 min drive and taxis r easily available outside the hotel.
Rooms were clean
Only had one lunch so can't comment much but whatever I ordered was good.
Fazal was very helpful to arrange us taxi and guide the locations to visit.
Thanks once again

Great Hotel with Great location
Hotel is situated in panjim walking distance from market and casinos.Neat and clean basic rooms with excellent staff .
Fatal and Farhan very helpful and was like a guide to me .
Housekeeping was very good and quick .

Treehouse Neptune is an awesome place to stay , be it family , friends or colleagues . It is located centrally in panjim and has all the amenities of a luxirious hotel . The staff is really helpful and very welcoming specially Sandra Fernandes who helped us with the booking , Considering we had a small kid with us sandra ensured utmost care was taken while provdiing us the room , she also helped us in recommending the sight seeing places ,hotels who serve local delicacies , Mr Sanket & Mr manoj also ensured our stay was flawless. This is my favourite place to stay in goa and I am sure me and family will spend more such happy vacations in future at treehouse :-)
