I stayed at country inn and suites by Radission, panaji. For 2 nights the overall stay was good and hotel is clean and hygiene. Since check in is at 2 o'clock so if you are early then you need to wait and because the check-in will be based on availability on that day. But you can request them for some space to clean up and to do your routine morning activities which is at 8 th floor they will oblige atleast you can freshen up and go out for day activities. The breakfast is buffet I felt items are less as compared to the main Radisson. The Mosaic in house restaurant is pretty good and the captain Zeeshan Mondal is very good and is service is really appreciated. The house keeping needs to be very serious because evry time we need to remind them for towel, tea packets, toiletries which is very annoying. Apart from that I didn't found any issues.

The check in / out process was faster when compared to Candolim . The Room was nice and comfortable. Booked this hotel to enjoy the Casino at the Mandovi River. It is just 5 mins walk to all the major casinos at the Mandovi. Don't expect much from the Restaurant ...would rate the food just average . Explore Panjim around for food you have better options...

Country Inn suites Panjim with reasonable pricing in Goa with good amenities. Property is little bit Old and need some renovation but feels great with current pricing. Housekeeping boy Mehuna and Fakira help us whenever we required. Also front desk staff is very cooperative and they gave us complimentary upgrade to our room in suites. Very excited to stay once again in this property for next trip to goa

The hotel is overall decent with dates rooms, bathrooms were quite small. The floor was very dirty & at some portions it was coming out. Housekeeping was pathetic they never kept fresh towels, hand towels in our room we had to always ask for it. There were seepage in the room too.Housekeeping service was painstaking long too.
We had really good experience in the breakfast section, Ritik from the breakfast restaurant had helped us throughout the trip.

The initial check-in was good, the room was terrible and so is the restroom. There was condensation on the floor if the room temperature was moved above 20 degrees C. The wooden flooring was worn and the shower over bath had moist marks.
I even asked the staff whether the property was really a Radisson group hotel.
On a positive note the kitchen staff responded well to my local cuisine requests and had managed to plate up our dinner. The food taste was above average.
Pros: - Polite staff
Cons: - Everything else
Value for money 1 out of 10
NOTE: I usually do not give such low rating but for the price it was really a shocker for me

Never expected a branded hotel to be so dirty, unhygienic and poorly maintained. The hotel is not in a position to accommodate guests, it should shut down immediately. I am glad and consider myself lucky that I didn't get any disease from this hotel. Please have a closer look at some of the pictures to get an idea how unclean this hotel was. Every parts of the room and accessories are broken, starting from electric kettle to TV, nothing works. It rained in the night and the room was full of water. The bathroom has never ben serviced or maintained. The towels were not clean, the bedsheets were not clean. The restaurant has an extremely limited menu and limited working hours.

It was a 4 night trip, had booked a deluxe room, the only reason why this hotel was selected was because they had a jacuzzi. The first day/ night was ok, except that the pillow cover was torn and the seat on the commode was broken. I brought the same to the notice of the housekeeping, they changed the torn pillow cover and tried to fix the broken seat also. Although it was really disheartening to note that when i had left the room @10 am with clean my room sign, they didn’t make it till 2pm. The staff is trying their best to keep this sinking boat afloat but trust me, with Marriott, Hilton and Taj coming up with cheaper hotels, I don’t see the point in staying at Radisson. Another thing that I don’t understand is, why the lights in the hotel room is sooo bad. I could barely see anything in the room at night. It can also be because one of the spotlights in the room was also broken; but I don’t know how much of a difference it was going to make. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the torn pillow cover was replaced but the blanket cover wasn’t, which was also torn.
In the end, the point is, I’m not there to pin point mistakes and apprise the housekeeping staff, it is their job. They need to be at it. Funniest was, my wife asked for a sanitary napkin, the call was attended by a female and she sent a sanitary disposal bag. When we again called them, they conveniently forgot to send it. Over all, it was a poor performance, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I’m never staying at Radisson.

Rooms are not clean..! Dustbins are also not cleared room television is not already recharged. After multiple followups it happend. Dust everywhere. Dustbin is broken. Spider webs near windows. Towel handels in bathroom are broken. No fresh towels are kept while chek-in. For that also we need to do call..! No milk powder for coffee maker.
We have booked this hotel because we stayed at Radison calangute and Radison Nashik before. But this panjim country inn by Radison is totally disappointment .
Not recommend.

Hi. My dad and I stayed at this property from 17th Feb, to 19th Feb, 2021. The rooms were in a pathetic condition. The paint was peeling, the walls were stained and the furniture was falling apart. In the rooms, there floor was filthy. Within 30 seconds of walking around, my feet were black and caked with dirt. This happened despite the room being "cleaned" just now. As far as the bathroom goes, the less said the better. The bathroom was just plain dirty. From the quality of the build to the fixtures provided, nothing was of even a decent quality. The bathtub was dirty. The shower curtain (originally white) was so dirty I didn't even feel like touching it. The shower rod was rusted and looked unsafe. The lighting was extremely bad and there were holes on either side of the mirror (from previous fittings) which were either stuffed with tissue paper, or just left as is. The towels provided were old, scratchy and even smelled a bit funky.
The lift was also not maintained. The wooden flooring was peeling and the paint in the interiors was cracked and patchy.
In case you might be thinking that I am exaggerating about these points, let me assure you I have photos to prove myself.
One point which was alright was that the dining staff was quite attentive and accommodating. But that is about it
Honestly, while I keep coming to Goa for work, I will not be staying in this property and nor would I recommend anyone to do so either. For a business hotel, it lacks any finish to cater to the business folks.
After a long day at work, when one wants to return to a clean room and a relaxing stay, to be greeted with a shabby room which is falling apart, really leaves a bad taste for the whole trip. I could not relax on this trip at all.
Its surprising that The Radisson chain of hotels would provide such a premises and offer their guests such a dismal and disturbing experience.
Despite complaining repeatedly to the mamanagement about this, I was neither given a new room nor was any effort made to better my experience. I would request the Radisson group to look into this matter so that no one else has to suffer!!

It struck me as odd, when the front man at the lobby showed absolutely no interest as we exited our cab. He had to be requested twice to bring out our luggage. I thought it maybe a bad day for the guy. But it all went downhill from there.
While I was checking in, a gentleman was complaining about leaking faucets and showers. I thought perhaps it's a freak thing, happens to the best of places.
When I went up to my room, the telephones were not working. I went down to the reception and complained, and then 10 minutes later, a guy showed up with a sanitising spray. The room was not sanitised.
The AC was working weirdly, and it was taking a long time to cool. The guy said this is the maximum it can do.
The TV remote was not working, and the guy showed me a "trick" on how to get it started. (Hint, it was a secret button to switch on the TV behind the panel).
The bathroom stunk with cigarettes. I called the maintenance guy, and he mopped the floor.
At this point, I lost it and requested the receptionist to connect me with the floor manager. He stoned walled me and said he's the shift manager. I complained, he listened and took no remediation action.
Please don't be fooled by the Radisson Branding. It's a 2-star OYO (a bad one).

Two-wheelers on rent are available on rent just outside the hotel (there are plenty of shops, do negotiate)
Nearest beach is Mirarmar (it's a river beach on Mandovi river) so reckon for better beaches travel a bit further towards North 😇
There are more places to choose from in the Panjim area.
