Ultimate place to stay in Panjim
Better to stay on first floor
Well maintained
Little costly but with the value
Breakfast included
The location is to die far.
Old word charm
In the fontessa- the water source water stream - just 600 mtr form the place
No car parking but it’s safe to place outside the hotel.
We just hired the cab on rent @1,000 per day from airport.
A lot of greenery and surrounding is very colourful
Will surely go again and highly recommend

We have stayed here many times probably 8 times and think the owner should check his dictionary for the meaning of “Welcome” . He sits there most of the day instructing staff or on his own just sitting there, HE should greet returning guests but wouldn’t even acknowledge my “good morning “he just starred at me.
Most of the staff seem to be trainees as they just don’t understand customer service although they are friendly and do work hard. There were 2 staff members who were particularly helpful and deserve a mention, Mrinal was so kind when my friend lost his iPhone and spectacles ( which we found ) and Viddesh who helped me with a problem with my Indian phone. Thank you boys!!
I have given five stars because it’s a charming place and the owner is still collecting items of interest to keep the Heritage vibe going.
The Inn is ideally situated in the old part of Panjim and easy to walk into town centre, to the market and bus stand/station .
See you next year.

One of the finest hotel in the old city of Panjim. It is a very well maintained retro styled place with lovely interiors. It's in a prime locality in Panjim, easy to find and very 'cab' friendly. Old artifacts and authentic wood work well defined the historic Portugese architecture.
An absolute gem. Everything about the place is perfect. The staff are friendly and relaxed. The breakfast (served in the main building) is an abundant banquet with plenty of vegan and vegetarian dishes. The architecture of all three buildings the make up the complex is stunning, truly a heritage site. Outstanding features are: the complimentary toiletries, the fully functioning ceiling fan and A/C, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds and the storage space.
Special thanks to the reception in charge, a young and highly energetic , enthusiastic person , Mr Abdulla Shaik , who has made our booking comfortable and three nights stay remembering. We have stayed in Panjim inn three nights ( 12th January to 15th January ).
All the staffs are very helpful. We have enjoyed at the hotel.
A special request to all who have seen my review, please select the hotel for your stay at Panjim and enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Thanks to all the staffs to make our stay remarkable and memorable. With love , Himadri Dey and family from Siliguri , West Bengal.

Pajim Pousada is a beautiful boutique hotel, centrally located to famous Churches in old Panjim. I stayed there with my family for four days, we had occupied three rooms. Each room had its own individuality, beautiful architectural details with lovely furniture. The staff was accomodating and very helpful. They provided us with free upgrade on rooms. It was a lovely gesture on their part. The best part of the hotel is that their room prices are fixed. In December, prices in Goa triplicates, but not their property. Their famed restaurant ' Verandah' lived upto our expectations. Their serradura was exquisite. I could live, just eating serradura all my life. It is just an amazing dessert. The staff was extremely cordial and helped out us with our transportation needs. We visited Goa on Christmas week, all the taxis were booked, they went to great lengths and helped us out in securing transportation for sightseeing and travel to our next location. Will definitely recommend this beautiful property to all my near and dears one.

The Panjim Inn has always been an iconic spot for us in the famed Fontainhas area of Panjim. So it was with much expectation that we checked in to the hotel for a night. It helped that the owner offered us special rate. The staff are very friendly and we were told that we were upgraded to a superior room( the place was experiencing the off-season low occupancy in late August). Elderly people should be aware that they don’t have a lift. And if you have a car you have park on the road. The rooms give you the heritage feel. Wish they had provided a small ladder to climb up to the bed. The washroom definitely needs a revamp. Actually this applies to the amenities in the room itself. The ac has seen its best days. The TV was also not operational. But to the credit of the employees they left no stone unturned to ensure that we could watch our favourite sport on TV . The fridge also didn’t work but we never used it. I appreciate that the hotel has shown its concern for the environment by providing water in glass bottles in the room. I went to the rooftop to inspect the jacuzzi but feel that the place has to be better maintained. The breakfast is functional but has healthy options and the staff most attentive. The dining hall has a worn out look. While checking out instead of our request no one came to help us bring down our luggage in the first floor. We were told that we qualify for 10% discount in their nearby restaurant. We were also offered a tour of their only Hindu building in the neighbourhood. The location of the hotel is truly exceptional. Hope the owners go the extra length to make the guest’s stay even more memorable.

We had a truly marvellous time at Panjim Inn. The Manager Mr. Thomas D’souza was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. In fact, we felt that we had know him for years, such was the hospitality that was showered on us. He went out of his way to show us around the gorgeous heritage houses in Fontainhas. He patiently guided us to places of interest in Goa and with a smile helped us buy all the local delicacies which we relished on our return to Mangalore. The look of the place is classic with antique furniture. One can’t help but feel that one is going back in time. Thank you Mr. Thomas.

+1
Throughly enjoyed my stay at this charming & beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pousada, gorgeous room with characterful furniture. Most importantly it was quiet when going to bed, no traffic noises or dogs barking. The staff are helpful and polite. Massive shout out goes to Thomas Dsouza (Business Development Officier), he personally takes care of all the guests. He made my stay enjoyable and memorable. He went over and beyond his role to assist me when I had some medical isssues. Will definately come back!!! Thank you so much. Happy customer from London !

My 5th winter break at Panjim Inn, my retreat from UK winters. For me Panjim Inn has the comfort and quiet atmosphere that I need. The furniture adds that extra feeling of elegance missing from the "concrete and glass" hotels, yet manages to retain a 'homely' atmosphere. The good selection at buffet breakfasts and the restaurant menu is varied, standard of food is good and portions generous. An added bonus is the excellent team who make it feel more like a home than a hotel. I hope to be returning for a few more years.

If in Panjim, I would highly recommend staying at the Panjim inn for its old world charm, beautiful interiors and friendly staff. The Verandah restaurant, serves some really good food along with views of the famous neighborhood in the Latin quarters. Jack, one of the partners at the property, gave me some great recommendations of bars and restaurants in the area and everything was in walking distance which made it even better. Overall an excellent experience!

We chose to stay at Panjim Inn, the Stay play under Welcome Heritage at E, _212, 31st January Road, Fontainhas, Panjim_ Goa. The imposing building built and decorated in Portugal style. Massive and majestic furniture, huge rooms well furnished, giving the feel of living in a house with perfect hosts to take care of all your needs. We wanted to change our room from Panjim Pousada to Panjim Inn which we were allowed wholeheartedly. I would like to mention specially Mrinal F& B, Maruti Front office, Mahi Der F& B, Thomas BDM, Priston Trainee.. The team of hosts who made us feel very comfortable. Complementary breakfast was good and had variety. Dinner and drinks tasty. Would like to visit again.
