Nice spacious room. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly owners. Breakfast was served in the small garden. We can recommend to stay here. The main church is at walking distance. The house is kept very clean and no shoes are worn inside which is very good.

This property has the best location - it is located in the latin quarters called fontainhas in panajim. One could spend time aimlessly roaming in the streets soaking in the portugese architectural delight. At the same time this guest house (a homestay as would like to call it :)) is 5-7 minute walking from panajim bus stand. The rooms are nice and cozy with huge ceiling and elegant furniture. All basic toiletries are provided. There is a mini fridge, tea coffee maker and electric safe. The breakfast spread is a good mix catering to both indian and foreign tourists. Very thoughtfully selected items high on taste and quality. There was milk and cereals, eggs cooked as per order, fruits, goan pav with chickpea and aloo gravy, goan samosa and red velvet muffins. The hosts are

We only had a night in Hospedaria as our time in Goa was sadly limited but we had a very memorable time. The hotel is gorgeous and the room with its huge bed, high ceilings and gorgeous balcony felt like we had stepped back in time to Portuguese rule. ROy was wonderfully helpful and recommended a local restaurant for dinner which was delicious, Breakfast in the magical garden was also lovely. My daughter really enjoyed wandering around the area and looking at all the beautiful colourful houses. I would love to stay again and would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Lovely old house in the Latin Quarter of Panjim. Roy and Sharon were very hospitable and helpful during our stay and were around every morning at breakfast to assist. Roy provided a map and some helpful information about what to do and where to see in Panjim. Breakfast was simple but very good with different Goan/Indian options each morning plus a choice of eggs, cereals, bread, juice, tea/coffee etc. There is a nice little outside garden to sit in if it is warm (which it usually is!). The room was large and spacious with some lovely furntiure and a balcony. The shower was good and we had no problem getting hot water. The Lation Quarter was the nicest area of Panjim for us and it was lovely to wander around. There is a good choice of eating places (Roy can recommend good

Overnight stay at the Hospedaria Abrigo de Botelho at the end of a Goa beach holiday. Very nice guest house in a restored colonial house with lots of period furnishings. WiFi was stable but not particularly fast. Price was very reasonable. Location in old town great. Breakfast was pretty good. The owner is a pleasant chap who makes a fuss of you in a nice way. He was helpful with directions, suggestions and in organising a correctly priced cab to the airport.

We spent two nights here and our stay was really comfortable, the room was really spacious with lots of light, a little balcony, good wifi, cable TV and complimentary breakfast. The hosts are really friendly and it's a beautiful old Goan building in the heat of Panjim on a quiet street. Walking distance from everything you need with many restaurants and bars at walking distance. Definitely recommend!

My friend Rashmi and I, enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. It’s beautiful location, makes it easy to go around Fontainhas. The guesthouse itself, makes you go back in time. The hosts are a beautiful couple who’ll always help you with anything you need. Will definitely be back :)
