The owner was charming friendly and booked us a wonderful driver for Goa. The room was spacious and the hotel is in a charming area and is wonderful itself. Breakfast was out in their lovely garden and was filling. The only issue was cold water for the shower.

Lovely and calm neighbourhood. Good breakfast. Manager was very friendly and had some absolutely fantastic recommendations for places to eat, visit and relax. Do check out the arts center and cafe nearby.

Stayed for 5 nights in Jan/Feb. Words can't express the incredibly wonderful time we had here. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner to do for us, local maps were available, fantastic restaurants recommended, scooter hire was organised, day trips discussed, the list goes on. Easy walk to shops, churches, restaurants waterfront and bus station. Don't think about it...

It's a home stay with exorbitant charges in a prime locality with many key locations nearby .The premium room though big in size lacked the basic aesthetics Eg-Lighting was very dim with misplaced fittings. Breakfast was a major disappointment, most of the items didnt taste fresh.Roy was a good host and offered helpful tips.Mode of Payment was a huge hassle in...

...welcome was not very warm and the breakfast does not match the room rate. However our room was large and clean and the property itself is beautiful. Located in a quiet area around beautiful colonial houses and close to the Immaculate Conception Church.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a room on the top floor with a balcony and we totally enjoyed our stay. Roy is a delightful host that wanted to ensure that your stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was really tasty with a special mention to his home made samosas and pickles. The room was clean with hot water ( not...

We as a family of three stayed there for a couple of nights in one of the premium rooms on the first floor and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had three single beds and the room was spacious with very high ceiling typical of the olden era buildings. It has a very quaint feel to it and the small balcony...

HADB Goa was probably the best place I've chosen so far in all my Goan holidays. I found out about this place via Outlook Traveler. The reservation process was online and seamless. Roy, who is the owner of this place, has restored his ancestral property in the best way possible while keeping the old world charm intact. Check- in was...
