One of the best experiences we had at Vijaywada, we were greeted by the hotel courteous staff.. it was one of the best welcome we have ever experienced. The rooms were well maintained and special attention was given to keep all utilities Eco- friendly ( like wooden brushes, jute footwear etc., The food was delicious and the live counter services were excellent.. The spa services managed by the hotel was also excellent and the complimentary foot spa for the couple was very thoughtful and provided much needed rest and rejuvenation.. Recommended to experience the stay at Vijayawada with family / friends Overall an excellent stay … Keep it up

It’s a value for money deal and very nice property. The property is relatively new and is in a good location. Our arrival, reception & check in process was smooth. Welcome drink and the tulsi garland was an added surprise. Ms.Lakshmi at reception was very cordial and the hospitality was great. The complimentary 15 min foot massage at Bodhi Spa was very refreshing, the Spa therapist at Bodhi Spa was well experienced. Spa ambience was great. Overall a very comfortable stay. Offered prices for breakfast, in-room dining, basically the food cost are on the higher side, so we avoided the food in the hotel. Overall a great VFM deal and a great property.

It's a new hotel. Booked for a night. Absolutely loved it. The room was well maintained with all the amenities. They have a mini bar which does cost you but they also provide cookies and fruits for free. Bell boy Ashok was very helpful during checkout process. Will definitely try again.

Yesterday night (26/03/2024) I went with my colleagues to have dinner at GRT grand we had veg and non veg soup , starters veg and non veg, we had biryani Dum, roti and butter non with mix veg curry & chicken curry and at the end we had basundhi with fruits wow factor even the service is very good thanks to fnb manager lakshmi prasad garu for his hospitality & sai ram & shalini Thanks to executive chef sridhar and chef devaraj for your food . we all loved it. Rooms are spacious, however, there was issue with minibar and water was dropping out. Housekeeping needs to check if the amenities are tampered with before offering the same to guests. Quality of sleep suffered since there was continuous water drop noise in the room and for a short period there was movement of rats or other pests in the false ceiling of the room

Location of the property is prime, just near to MGRoad high street. Property feels premium and takes care of the necessary requirements for the stay. Breakfast buffet was elaborate and other in-room services were also prompt. Staff at the property is amazing, very helpful, caring and keeping a tab on minute details w.r.t comfort of the guests! Checking in with Priyanka and Manikanta was good and very helpful. Then the help with laggage during checkout was great with ashok and bhanu.
One suggestion is the size of the cut fruit can be reduced. Other wise the food is good. More options at buffet. Like to stay more. Randomly booked from MMT and stayed this time would like know more about corporate prices and book through corporate portals

The personalised experience and care is simply great. Small things like leaving a small cup of almonds soaked in water next to your bed, a pack of hand made cookies, etc make it special. The rooms and toilets are super clean. Staff is extremely cordial. Highly recommended!
