This B&B is in a central area of Guayaquil, one block from the main avenue, which makes it sometimes noisy. Service is excelent, also local guidance and tips.

I stayed in 2 other places before finding this gem. It is central, it is safe, and it has the feel of living here with roommates. Big and beautiful apartment, converted into this B&B. Right across the street is a super market. You can walk from this place to the malecon, restaurants, parks and clubs. I felt super safe. The...

Very comfortable and homey B and B. Andrea is the owner and operator and is attentive to every need. Very knowledgeable and ready to advise and assist. Noisy as are most locations in Guayaquil, great price and nice breakfast. Would stay there again. Option of private bath or shared. Private is higher in price.

The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. I asked if they'd cancel another hotel for us whlile we were in Galapagos and the manager couldn't get an answer so tried calling...

The staff is incredibly kind an helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the location is perfect for exploring the Malecon and old town Guayaquil. we stayed for 2 nights and...

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful, we got a map with the interesting places in the city when we had just arrived, we even got some useful advices. Drinks are available and on a fair price (0,5 USD for a half liter bottle of water). Wireless is available in the community area, and there...

Casa de Romero is a nice hostal located on the 7th floor of a highrise building. It is safe and secure, located just a few blocks from the malecon, and one block from Ave 9 October (the main drag). Andrea is a pleasant person who really cares about her guests. The hostal is clean with plenty of hot water and...
