We (an ever so slightly older couple) arrived in Trogir late in the afternoon only to find that the hotel we had "booked" at did not have a record of our booking!! We then had to set out finding our own accommodation. One of the places we enquired about accommodation was full but offered to call another. The result was...

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in Trogir, each at a different location. The Palace Stafieleo was by far the best!. Marina and her father were very friendly, and more importnatly - the room was spotlessly clean. We had a room on the 3rd floor which had a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, and cable TV....

We found the Palace Stafileo Apartments while wandering the narrow, marble-surfaced streets of Trogir, the highlight of our 10 days in Croatia. It is a family owned (and restored) Venetian style palace, staffed by Marina and her father. They were both very helpful to us, recommending restaurants and sights and assisting us with phone calls. The apartment itself was spotless...

Marina was very helpful in setting our reservation online and making sure we had transportation from the airport (her father picked us up). Although we arrived late at night, Mr. Rincic still found time to give us a quick walk around the Old Town area to find a open restaurant (it was nearly midnight), point out a few sights, and...

Stayed at Palace Stafileo in August. Had a great time whilst there. The room was lovely, everywhere was very clean and towels were changed each day. Marina and her father were very friendly too - offering ideas of what to see in the area. The courtyard was a quiet shaded place to chill out - fabulous setting.

We have stayed at the Palace Stafileo several times now and always look forward to seeing Marina and her father. The Rincic family is very welcoming and their palace is the ideal place to stay in Trogir. Its right in the middle of the old town, and ideally situated for restaurants, ice cream shops and the quay etc. It's good...

We four arrived in Trogir, Croatia, about 9 p.m. with no reservations or ideas on where to stay. The small hotel we stopped at was full but offered to call a "mister" who had apartments to rent. Mister came to the hotel to guide us to his buildings in the heart of the Old Town. What a treat to stay...

We made a first time visit to Croatia last summer and decided to start our holiday in beautiful Trogir. We were very lucky to find accommodation in the Palace Stafileo, ran by efficient and ever friendly Marina. The apartments are centrally located in the (vehicle free) old town, and within walking distance of cultural sights and leisure activities. The room...

When we arrived in Trogir late in the evening I did not think we will be able to find a good and affordable place where to stay in the high season. But this little palace right in the middle of the beautiful old town was above any expectations. I slept like a countess in the palace:). The owner was friendly...

Stayed in a small, comfortable, high-ceilinged studio apartment in this renovated palace in the old town, a bit cramped by the inclusion of an unneccessary sofa-bed. Decor is traditional and Central European rather than contemporary and Mediterranean. Selection of breakfast cafes within a minute's walk, very pleasant courtyard for picnic lunches in the shade. Owners Tomas and Marina are very...
