Me and my partner had never been to Croatia before we stayed here. The pictures don't do the place justice.
On arrival we was given an apartment near the reception, pool area and mini supermarket. The room we had was very basic and quite run...More
Manicured gardens. Beautiful views. Apartments well equipped. Groundfloor outside space is amazing. Only criticism of apt was the bathroom needed attention. Pool is nice. Animation Team were great. Plenty of loungers. I was there at 9am and had the pick of the bunch. Staff were...More

The resort is located on a headland and consists of apartments and villas (bungalows). Lots of natural shade from the trees, but be prepared to walk uphill and downhill a lot during your stay. If you book an apartment, you have to park your car...More

Sorry for the slow response I've been on holiday. I would check with the apartments directly for their advice on the best place for you to stay for your husband. The apartments near the top are good if you are planning to use the pool, restaurant and the shop but if you are going into Porec a lot then ask for one at the bottom. From there you can easily walk along the path into Porec or get the wee train - either 10 or 20 Kuna depending on the stop you choose. You can also snag a taxi down there and they are prepared to negotiate. I think we paid 30kuna once and the meter showed that it should have been nearly 40.
The apartments are all on a hillside so where ever you go it can be a bit of a slog but unless you are planning to use the facilities at the apartments I'd probably recommend the ones at the bottom.
The rooms are pretty much as described and they are clean and well equipped. The studios are quite small and only have double beds - that's why we upgraded as I was there with my son.
Hope this helps
