Stayed here for a week's holiday. It's a stones throw from the harbour. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere in and around the hotel. We stayed in room 210 which had a sea view and a balcony. Very good size room. Breakfast was help yourself which works

The carpets in this hotel were threadbare and the rooms outdated. My bathroom shower was covered in mold as was at least one other person's that was traveling with our tour. The lower area that included the lobby and restaurant/bar were updated and nice which was not the case

Great location, near small port and beach. Lot of restaurants and caffes around. We had half board and the food was very tasty. Staff was very polite, we had earlier check in by one hour what we appreciated.

The staff was kind, the food was great, and the spa area was delighted us. The hotel is near the Lungomare. The room was neat and clean. Towels were enough for more than two people. We have a great vacation

Going to Croatia in July and August please book the hotel as early as possible because it is the high season and the top destination in Europe. In Lovran all public parkings are free of charge and you will find a place in front of the hotel or 100-150 m around, moreover Croatia is friendly and safe country for travelers please do not worry about. As to Park hotel it is OK for 2-3 days, because it is just on the noisy road, you have no chances to enjoy nice sea views and silence, therefore rooms opposite to the sea are better to relax. Actually by my opinion Bristol hotel and Excelsior hotel are better if you book sea side rooms, really good services, romantic evenings in the terrace with magnificent sea views will be guarantied. But in any case Park, Bristol, Excelsior offer decent services. Best regards

Parking may be extremely difficult to find end of July! However, there is free parking in front of the hotel, right at the sea, and if you are lucky you may find parking there. The hotel is practically at the sea, where one can swim, but this is not exactly a beach. Rocks are everywhere, and if you dont mind lying on a rock you should be fine. Bon voyage!

"Ask for a room with a balcony and avoid the first floor rooms"
"Rooms without a view to the sea are more quiet."
"Front rooms have a balcony, but the road below is busy and noisy. You need to be on or above the 2nd floor to see the sea."
"rooms facing sea have best view but can be noisy because of road below windows"
"rooms with a balcony are bigger"
