This Inn is right in the old city and is superbly located. As a mature couple we found the Inn excellent value for money and the host was so kind, excellent spoken English (which is difficult to find out of the major cities) with a great knowledge of onward journeys/locations. We stayed at Simple Living Inn on two occasions (before and after Tiger Leaping Gorge and Shangri-la) and on both occasions had a double room with private bathroom for 130rmb per night.
