We have stayed here a few times before and were satisfied as we were visiting our kids and only came ere to sleep. This was our first stay of 2014 and my how it has gone down so quickly. Where do I begin? Carpet had big crusty stain and was wet even though they were running a humidifier! Asked for...

I was very disappointed in this stay and this stay certainly does not live up to the Wyndham Hotel Group's standards. The room was dirty, mold along tub, hair all in the sink--I could go on and on. The lobby of the hotel gives the impression that the rooms would be decent-not. Hotel staff -friendly and helpful/I could not get...

Disappointed no microwave or refrigerator. I saw a roach in my room. Overall the room was clean. Questionable people outside of hotel. I had to re-key room often as key did not work. Checking in was slow. Someone else tried to enter room with a key after I had already checked into the room. Good for the value. Breakfast was...

The hotel is in need of repairs. The rain came in through a hole in the ceiling. The a/c did not work properly, the bath tub had a hole where the stopper should be. There was mold on the wall close to the bathroom. The molding was pulling away from the wall. The pictures on the website are just pictures....

First impression was ruined by the long line at the counter and the absence of the staff. Then they gave me the room which appeared to be used a closet. So I had to go back to the counter to have it changed. WiFi wasn't working at the time of check in. But after a while the things started changing....
