The hotel was extremely full. I was there for family reunion. We had to request towels, tissue, etc. each day. The hotel was under staffed. Breakfast lines were long. The reveption only had chips, salsa, guacamole & sour cream but they kept running out of food.

Thank you for your business and taking the time to complete a review. Due to our large suites we often sell our for reunions and large wedding groups which can cause lines for Breakfast and the Evening Complimentary Reception. I will review the Housekeeping items with the manager regarding the towels and tissues. Sincerely, Heather Strauss General Manager

Overall this was an average hotel stay for us. Our room was spacious and clean, but this hotel is outdated and "worn" and could use a facelift. The location was good and we felt safe. Complimentary breakfast was not the quality I've remembered when staying at other Embassy Suites. The eggs on the "hot buffet bar" were soaking in what...

This hotel is the worst Embassy suites I have ever stayed at! I stayed for 7 days during my stay. I had a major leak from my ceiling. I had to be put in another room . I was not offered help I had to move all my belongings by my self. There were 2 days where my room was...

Check in delay of 3 1/2 hours. Rooms not read or cleaned and delays due to housekeeping issues. It was a wedding weekend with approx. 50 guest rooms - every guest had complaints. Rooms were not cleaned by 10pm at night and guests had to chase down clean towels. Guests checked in rooms and found wet towels and food in...

My fiance and I attended the Steel City Jazz Festival in early June. As we are both longstanding Hilton Honors members who travel quite frequently, we have a good idea as to what to expect at any Hilton property we decide to go to. With that being said, our stay, overall was nice, but we were kind of disappointed with...

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We typically schedule two bartenders unless occupancy is below 50%. The Breakfast staff schedules 4-10 people depending on the day of week and occupancy. Often the schedule is staggered for set up staff and then breakdown staff. I apologize for your wait during your stay and will review the linen...

Dirty towel with bodily fluid stuck on it that my granddaughter almost used, asked at night and next morning for clean one, front desk said ok and never brought up. Unfriendly staff, corrosion on faucet and bath tub faucet ran all night, dirty hallway. Stayed years ago, must be new management that doesn't care. Will never stay again.

I planned this stay knowing that my family and I would be concluding a grueling day of drive. Embassy Suites in Kansas City has been a great place to stay; friendly people, great "happy hour", great breakfast, very nice pool and hot tub. This Embassy Suites gets rated down because the "happy hour" food was non-existent and the hot tub...

I apologize regarding your stay and not being able to use the hot tub. We test chemicals in the pool and hot tub twice per day and if needed close when adding new chemicals. I would love to speak with you directly regarding the evening reception food you prefer and have experienced in Kansas City. Please call me directly at...

The 4:00pm check-in was my only complaint. It was nice to have the Ruth's Chris right in the hotel and breakfast was really good. The balcony off the room was nice as well. I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. I also appreciated the spacious rooms. They were stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. I definitely recommend this hotel. TJ at the front desk was my first impression and he gave a good one. Everyone from there out just underlined how well trained and helpful the hotel staff were.
