We chose Tea Cozy because of the excellent reviews here on Trip advisor. Although we had a pleasant stay we did not find the hotel excellent. The location is along a fairly big road - when we were cycling round we saw other hotels with better, more scenic locations. We had a room on one of the top floors, which...

We recently stayed at the Tea Cozy for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had the top floor room with breathtaking views of the magnificent karst mountains and local village. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, lovely bathroom, shower and toiletries. The meals were delicious that we always came back to enjoy the food after an outing....

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a welcome highlight in nearly 6 weeks travelling. We had a top floor room with an amazing view and balcony to enjoy it from. We used the free bikes to travel around and they gave us an easy map to follow (plus they rescued us when we got a flat tire)...

My friend and I stayed for four nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this small hotel (12 rooms). The staff is personable, warm, and welcoming. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we slept well! We had the family rooms -- a good concept for people needing adjoining rooms for their families or friends. Meals were delicious, and we especially...

I stayed at the Tea Cozy for four nights while exploring Yangshuo and Guilin with a friend, primarily for photography. We both felt we’d like to return with our husbands and stay there again, it was such an enjoyable experience. The hotel is a small Chinese ‘boutique’ hotel, in the sense that they have 12 guest rooms and a very...

We recently stayed here for two nights at the end of our three week trip to China. We spent our last few days in Yangshuo, and Tea Cosy was a great place to spend time after our busy days in town and in the surrounding area. Nice room on the second floor, helpful staff, and free bikes if you wish...

This is a small, charming hotel in a great location. The staff is very personable and helpful. They have suggestions for activities in the area, which we took advantage of. Activities include tai chi, cooking classes, caves, trips to villages, massages, and more. They have bikes to borrow, and there is a paved bike and walking trail along the Yulong...

We stayed for close to a week in March and found it to be a great base for exploring the area by bike, on foot or through an organized tour. The prices at the hotel are perhaps a bit high in comparison to others in the area, but I found it worth it for the consistently high standard of food...
