The hotel was lovely. Located an easy 10 minute walk from the "center of town," it was charming, immaculate, and quite cozy and private. The staff was excellent and most helpful. One minor issue was that the lights in the room are rather dim, a problem only at night. Restaurant in the hotel was very good. The breakfasts, which were...

Nice retreat in the gorgeous Atacama desert. Cute and quaint, and a lovely (very cold) pool to cool off in at the end of hot day. Beautifully designed resort and rooms. It would have been nice however if there was a fridge in the room to keep cold drinks in it. Service was mixed. While on the one hand, good...

We stayed for 3 nights in January, 2013 and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The architecture of the property is beautiful blended into its setting and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The staff at both the reception desk and restaurant was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with two terraces and a roof top deck...

This hotel is a little bit out of the town centre so you have to walk about 10 minutes on a dusty road but we thought it was worth it. The hotel itself is a relaxing oasis with lots of local character and a small but delightful pool. The rooms are rustic, simple and simply furnished so if you are...

The hotel itself is lovely and quaint, using locally styled individual rooms it has a pleasant feel. It is a decent walk into town along an unlit dirt road, though you can use their bikes which makes it much more reasonable. The rooms were very hot and as another reviewer mentioned there is no air con or fan. We slept...

Visited end of December 2012. We had some issues with a tour agency and the staff was fabulous in helping. The physical facility is beautiful and beautifully maintained. It is very secure. The food is good from the buffet breakfast to the lunch and dinner menus. Our room was spacious and near a nice pool and hot tub. You can...

I chose this place because of the rave reviews on trip advisor, but now that I've stayed there I really dont understand why it caught such good reviews. It was very hot, and the hotel is a long walk outside of town, at least 15 if not 20 minutes, along an unlit dirt road much of the way. Farther than...

This is a great place to chill out for a few days. The rooms are little houses with private outside showers, very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. The pool area is nice and quiet, and the food is good as well. Downtown San Pedro is about 10 minutes walk. Good value for money.

We stayed here for three nights in December. It made a change from the usual sort of hotel as all the rooms are located in a secluded garden and designed in the old adobe style. They re very simple but spacious - well we had a two bedroom one for two of us. Up a little stairway to our private...

The service and value for money were terrible -when I arrived in San Pedro, I call the hotel to get directions and ask them to help me get a taxi, as none are available....they say they would send a driver and they did not... I had to find my way without any help and with a large backpack... in a...
