We're cold.

The hotel in general is good, the breakfast staff's attention is very friendly.
The bad thing was that the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
I booked a room with a sea view and on the day of rest from 1-11 I had to keep the curtains and window closed since there were male cleaning staff cleaning outside my room all morning which I found bad.
The Internet was very bad and I went for work which made it difficult for me.
The staff arrives and enters the room without authorization which I found disrespectful since if it is still reserved with a guest it should not be done because there is privacy.

Simply put, the Campanario was exactly what we were hoping for. While it wasn't a 5-star hotel (nor were we expecting one), it was clean, in a fantastic location (loved being able to look out our window onto the beach, had a friendly, efficient staff, and our beds we quite comfortable. And the price made for an excellent value. As I said - simply put It was very good!

Excellent hotel. Its facilities are very well preserved. All very comfortable. The room, the garage, the pool, the breakfast room, etc. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, in front of the beach. The breakfast is very complete and varied. General cleanliness is impeccable. But the best thing about the establishment is its staff, starting with Mrs. Maria, and her immediate collaborators, who are attentive to everything and ready to solve any problem for the passenger. Ours was a wonderful stay, without any inconvenience. Just one observation: the hotel's Wi-Fi is not good, at least it didn't work well for me even though I have the latest generation equipment. Bad experience at the hotel. Starting with the delay in check-in, the cold showers, the damaged bathroom structure, the ill will of the receptionists and mainly the administrator Susana Eyzaguirre, who treats us in an insolent and authoritarian manner due to the 40-minute delay in check-out.
One understands that they have more guests to check-in, but it should be noted that check-in is at 3:00 p.m., so the delay would not affect the next check-in.
And there are ways to transmit the communication, and clearly the “administrator” does not know how to do it, pretentiously threatening the 25% penalty (we were only notified once at 12:10).
I really think that there is still a long way to go to be a quality hotel, starting mainly with the administrators and receptionist.

Very bad experience for us, as a family. The beds were very uncomfortable, hard. Bathrooms have no ventilation and the room, although it looked clean, had this airborne dust. We left earlier, the person didn’t even ask if there was any problem, he was only worried that we paid all the nights that we booked, which we did of course, but will never come back or recommend.

This hotel is located directly across from the beach. There was a secure parking lot for our car. The buffet breakfast was very good. Some late night noise from nearby pubs. We enjoyed the restaurant Muelle across the street.

We only came to the hotel to have breakfast and had a very nice experience. It was the only place open around, the employees were very nice to us, the place had a very nice view of the sea and was very well decorate. The breakfast had a lot of options that were all very good.

Good location. No diner possible at the hotel. Breakfast very good, nice staff during breakfast. Free parking and wifi. Enough restaurants near the hotel. Reception staff could be more helpfull. Rooms are outdated and basic. Sea view was nice.

We stayed there for 3 nights in march.
The hotel is pretty decent. Rooms look like they've been refurbished recently, even though the hotel is much older.
They were spacious, but not very clean. Towels and bed sheets had many stains.
Safe box was awful, one of the worst i've ever seen. In fact they changed our first room because it wasn't working there...we struggled a bit in the second one.
Wifi was pretty good and breakfast was ok.
Andres in reception was very nice, and gave us good advice.
The biggest problem with this hotel is it's location. It's in the party area of Avenida del Mar, and surrounded by many bars that have very loud music until very late. The rooms are not very well sound proofed. So at night you hear the music until 2 a.m easily.
The views of the ocean were great and the price is pretty fair.
I recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the beach, but don't go there if you have difficulties sleeping with noise.
