Good points : Very good location, close to botanical garden, spacious rooms, new furniture ,private pool, and free wifi. Negative aspects : The non-existent beach of Balcic, and the stairs leading to the sea, are old, with missing pieces.

The location of this hotel is really good - just above the botanical gardens. You can take a small path down the cliff to the lower entrance of the gardens and the Demba. The hotel consists of several buildings the room we had was with a sea view which was really good. The room price is really reasonable. At the...

A decent hotel for a weekend or a seaside holiday. The location is nice but you need a good legs for the stairs to the beach, seafront & restaurants. The pool very clean and nice. The superior rooms are good. The quality of the breakfasts needs to be improved.

This is an average hotel with good value for money. The place is a bit old but very clean. The rooms shown on booking.com are part of the renovated wing and not all of them look the same. All in all is a good pleace for a few nights.

We stayed at the Bisser Hotel for 4 nights in August 2015. There were several things we found very appealing, while others left a lot to be desired. The price is good for the services offered, definitely better than that of most other hotels in the area. There are sufficient parking spots and the parking is free, inside the hotel...

The hotel's reception gives you a strong urge to turn around and leave. The yard looks very old and creepy, especially at night. The cleanliness of the room was very poor, with strange spots of dirt on the matress. The bathroom it's not very comfortable to use as the shower is leaking straight onto the floor. The true horror was...

The room is big, pretty clean, and the furniture/mattress were all new (except for the doors who look a couple of years old, and the walls - they look newly painted, but not repaired). WiFi works pretty slow, but there is a better signal on the balcony. It's location is very good - 100m to the sea, 200-300m to the...
