Beats Hostel Sao Paulo

Beats Hostel Sao Paulo is a cheaper Hostel, 2 blocks from Avenida Paulista. 400 meters from the metro on vibrant Avenida Paulista, close to the clubs, bars and restaurants. Beats hostel has a lively Bar, 5 clean-ish showers and free buffet breakfast with fruits, ham, cheese, milk etc. Listen, our stuff is older, ok? You're not going to find any spiffy new design chairs here. Our floors are scuffed. Our walls are painted only bi-anually. Our bathrooms don't mask previous user's body odeurs with pot-pourri. That said, there's no need to mistake "old" for "dirty". If you carry that disposition, please consider paying double our price, for a boutique hostel. Paying double, you prolly won't even miss our large-smiled-traveler-crew ;-). Enjoy the city!

Bela Vista
Known for its Italian cantinas, Bela Vista is the place to go for great pasta. Also called “Bixiga”, the area is an important cultural part of the city, with the bohemian and the religious costumes of its inhabitants on full display. In August, the large Nossa Senhora Achiropita party fills the streets with a variety of Italian food and music. You can experience the liveliness of the neighbourhood walking through the antiquities fair at Dom Orione Square or visiting the “Brazilian Caminito”, a version of the Argentinian street complete with colorful buildings. Bela Vista is also home to the traditional samba school “Vai-Vai”. Buy a ticket to a rehearsal and get a taste of what Carnival is like.

because of a personal emergency regarding my daughter of one month of life, one employee allowed me to stay on extra night on the hostel. The next morning another employee tried to charge me about the past night arguing some "rules". I explained to them what a verbal contract

My girlfriend and I stayed in Beats hostel for an entire month during my time in Sao Paulo and we couldn't have asked for a cooler space to serve as the focal point of our stay. Literally 3 blocks from one of the city's largest avenues and the metro, 1 block away from the

Yes, its not expensive. But everything there was horrible. At the front desk there was a blond guy that wasnt even part of the staff. No one helped us with the bagage. The room smelled terribly bad, the floor wasnt clean. In fact, I had to pick up a broom and start to clean it

Hi there thank you for your review! :-) Sorry for not meeting the expectations you had. It´s a little difficult to find you in our booking system by your tripadvisor username. So, we've been asking staff and other customers if they might remember something about your stay. Were you guys by any chance allowed to checkin before checkin time? See, official checkin time isn't before 13:30, but if people arrive early, and the beds aren't occupied, we allow them to do an early checkin. But yes, at this point the rooms haven´t been cleaned yet, and the bathrooms have just sustained heavy use (right after breakfast). About your baggage, hostels don't have a bell boy to carry all your bags for you, but I'm 100% sure that if you had asked, someone would have helped you with your luggage, as everybody that works in Beats Hostel is very helpful in general. We all enjoy working in Beats, and we're a little sad that we weren't able to coop you up in the groove.
