I've stayed at this hotel for a geographical reason, but for the next time, I'll just take a longer taxi ride. It not only could be cleaner, but staff could be nicer. Oh, the room is also tiny and impossible to work in.

This hotel with small damp room, broken A/C and unattentive receptionist made the first expression of Brazil really bad for us. I guess 4 stars is just a decoration here. The metro works fine in Sao Paulo so there is really no point for choosing this hotel for location either.

The information provided on the booking website is not correct. The room is not 25m2, but a maximum of 15-18m2. When travelling with a baby that needs a crib there is just no space in the room. Also the hotel is announced as a 4 stars hotel, this is also not correct, the hotel is just a 2-3 stars hotel,...

As soon as you get the hotel, you can see a plaque that you can read that was inaugurated on a 14th February (LOL). The decoration of the rooms and the control buttons sticked to a side table is a little difficult to control the TV and Radio of the room. There is a safe garage, service in general is...

A basic hotel, with some maintenance issues. The air conditioner worked well enough, once I figured out the controls which of course are in Portuguese and oddly located on the headboard of the bed, along with the light switches. But it was mounted through a rough hole cut in the wall, with no framing around it to finish the look....

Despite its good location, the hotel is just a little passed its best. The decoration is just a little old-fashioned and worst of all - there are practically no electric plugs in the rooms. I found one in the bathroom which didn't work A room without plugs in this day and age is impossible. The room itself was adequate and...

Well located. But a little expensive for what it offers. It is located around the Jardins neighbor. Around 5 blocks away from the Tomie Ohtake museum and the Brew Dog brewery. About 100 meters from the "A Garagem" hamburger place. It is a "ok" hotel, with no "extra" facilities or something like that. It could be a little less expensive...

This time my husband and I spent 9 nights at the Hotel L'Opera. We have stayed there since its opening and it has never disappointed us. The location could not be better in a very nice neighbourhood in the City of São Paulo, near Shopping Eldorado, Shopping Iguatemi, Rua dos Pinheiros with loads of bars and restaurants, and there is...

We were a party of three en-route to Buenos Aires and needed to transit through Sao Paulo (SP). We stayed at this hotel in early October. Given a long flight from Australia we decided to stay in SP for two nights. The hotel is a 3 star and is what it represents itself to be on its website so no...

Staying in Pinheiros

Neighbourhood Profile
Pinheiros
Exploring Pinheiros, a neighbourhood known for cozy restaurants and cafes, you will notice a youthful energy. Several cultural centres and institutes surround the area and even its main church, Calvário, hosts a traditional Brazilian “Festa Junina” - a celebration with traditional music, dance, and food during the months of June and July. On the weekends, residents gather at Benedito Calixto Square, a loud and crowded area where people enjoy live music drinks alongside the antiquities fair.
