This hotel is up to the standards of an average American hotel. It is very clean, large rooms, with a small fridge, cable TV, and wi-fi. Positives: 1) gentleman with beard (sorry I don't remember his name) working night shifts. Happy hospitable welcome as I checked in at 1am after a long exhausting flight from Ireland. 2) two ladies working the breakfast shifts each morning. Nice and clean room for the money you pay. Modern facilities with good wifi, mini bar, covered parking, excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants, fast food, to Esalq, Cena and Unicamp. I recommend it for anyone on a business trip. Quite and good service.

If you like american style hotels you will like the Arco Hotel. The rooms are clean and ok. Not really big but sufficient. Try to get rooms on the higher floors, tehn you will have a view over Piracicaba. Pool on the top floor is nice ut quite small. Not for swimming lanes. There is a grocery story a 2minutes...

Average hotel. Rooms are very small with no microwave or iron.. Had to help carry a table to room in order to iron. Hot tub had bugs floating in it and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Staff was nice and good location to local bakery with good food and groceries.

I stayed at the Premium side. The Room was clean, with the sterile charm of a hospital. Wifi worked good enough for FaceTime back home. Breakfast is good by US standards, but just OK in Brazil. Staff took care of all needs, but don't expect a greeting or smile when walking past them.

I stayed here for a week while on business. The hotel is fairly new and has air conditioning in the rooms -- not all local hotels will have this. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very courteous. There was a good breakfast buffet each morning with scrambled eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, various breads, cereals and fruit....

Stayed two nights while visiting ESALQ. Comfortable room, decent bed and pillows. Attached restaurant (Sr. Saldanha) was very nice. Excellent salad bar and nicely done steak. I could not connect to the WiFi in my room reliably. If connect and it either wouldn't allow web access or booted me off after minutes. Talking to the desk did not help. They...
