The room (we took the double room) is small but comfortable and organized, there are bath and face towels in the bathroom but I took one as a precaution. The air conditioning is an old model but it works well and keeps the environment cool, the loud noise can be annoying but it wasn't a problem for us. The TV unfortunately is not Smart. Around the neighborhood you can visit parks, museums and fairs on foot.
One of the things that left a lot to be desired was the rooftop, I think they could extend the opening hours until 00:00 and not 21:00 (they turn off the pool level because people are no longer allowed there). For those who spend the day visiting Rio's neighborhoods and beaches, there may not be time to enjoy this part of the hotel. During the day the area was busy.
They could put air conditioning in the reception, it gets very hot when there is a lot of traffic.
Furthermore, the stay was peaceful, my company made everything more colorful.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal is TERRIBLE, if you are traveling for work, do not stay at this hotel. The room does not have a 'LAN' internet cable outlet, which does not allow the connection of devices that only work in this way.
The pool was falling apart, very different from what was shown in the advertisement. My nephew found loose tiles inside the pool, which could cause cuts to children, as well as the aluminum/metal parts that were rusting and deteriorating. The pool had a lot of mud/mud in several parts.
The elevators were VERY dirty with dust and the windows were greasy during the 5 days of our stay.
The TV is old and few channels work. The battery in the control was old and only worked when it was very close to the TV.
The beds are sprung and a little uncomfortable. There is a useless clock radio inside the room that could have already been removed.
The bathroom door does not have a lock.

Not satisfied. The phone from the local tbm does not pick up and signall anything about the charges and values of the frigobar, leaving the host completely alien to everything
AND THE WORST OF ALL: The wifi does not catch in most points (besides being awful) and in the room where I stayed (214, and I imagine that this applies to the finals 14 - 314, 414, etc -) the signal is 100% off pq obviously was a room adapted from a space almost of storage, away from everything and everyone. Make employees zoom at us saying "there's no wifi." Removing the smell of carnage when you open the window and the dirty pool. D E C E P Ç A T A L.
The pool is tiny, I couldn't get in as it only held a few children who stayed there the whole holiday, the hotel doesn't have parking and they recommend a place close to the building that charges a high price to keep your car stored there.
Some employees treat guests rudely, using sarcastic phrases and not responding to customer requests!!! The room service is bad and the elevator is super slow considering that the hotel has several rooms and only 2 elevators.

The breakfast has some variety, but most options are poor. Dry cakes, hard bread, sweet breads with a flour flavor... For the price, it was well below expectations.
On the last day one of the elevators was broken and as the hotel was full, I spent almost 15 minutes going down to reception as the only working elevator was full. When I went to ask the guy at reception what had happened, he was rude again and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
The facilities are old and some repairs and updates would be important. The bathroom does not have a window or extractor fan, so the bathroom ceiling is moldy due to the humidity in the shower. The painting that hangs above the bed was also moldy, which makes the room look bad.

The surroundings, however, are dangerous. It's hard to walk around there without being approached. You can't be too careful, as unfortunately, accidents pass nearby. Never go out with jewelry, such as chains, for example, and avoid using your cell phone on the street, unless you enter closed establishments for that purpose.
The hotel seems to have been better in the past. Photos on the website do not match reality. The towels and sheets they put in my room were old, stained and torn. In the elevator there was even a used pizza knife on a panel that no one removed in the four days I was there, for who knows what reason.
The check in experience was horrible. The receptionist, very harshly, said that check-in would only take place after 2pm, which resulted in a huge queue. I almost missed my next appointment. Quite unpleasant to see the lobby crowded waiting for service.
The hotel does not have a “gym”, as there are only two treadmills and a bicycle. Just it.
The view from the terrace is beautiful, but the space is always crowded.
I don't recommend staying longer than necessary to resolve whatever you need nearby. It is not a pleasant place to rest and spend holidays.

The staff were all very rude, from reception to those cleaning the room, extremely rude.
My brother was in another room with his wife and a child and they only left 1 towel for three people, we asked several times, but we received no assistance!
Entire pool in need of renovation and tiny, overcrowded hotel.
Truly a piece of advice: what’s cheap is expensive. Go for something that is a little more expensive but that brings you comfort and no headaches!
I would never go back to this hotel!
