I have to say I am very pleased after reading some of the reviews. I travelled alone with a mobility scooter. I was given a room to accommodate my needs.as said in previous reviews there are no windows but I wasn't here for the view. I found this hotel perfect. No need to transfer as within walking distance to T2 & T3. In these difficult times i was pleased with the cleanliness. If u are just wanting a place to stay for an early flight then look no further. The staff here will go the extra mile to help.

We flew back to NZ and had a 12 hour layover, luckily the Aerotel put us on a waiting list and managed to get us a room. It was very welcome and worth the money as the transit area for passengers during the covid crisis is not ideal. So would definitely recommend booking this hotel if you have any longer than 6 hours to wait. Room was nice and great to have a shower and food.

THe hotel was on the third floor of the terminal,so it was very convenient to stay half day,had a nap and shower before leaving.Because of there was only one floor, so the room was a bit far from the lobby area. The dinner was good and had good service.

Located once your are through passport control, this hotel offers a very convenient option for a few hours sleep. Especially if you have to board really early, here you have the chance of sleeping until close to boarding time. Rooms are small but with the necessary ammenities for a short stay: good bed, great shower. They offer you the alternative to pay an extra to access one of the VIP lounges for a bite, but you can use any other if you already have granted access. A bit noisy around 11 pm when they are closing the nearby shops. Service is almost non-existant and they may delay you for the check-in or check-out.

The terminal itself was large with a few interesting stores. The rest of the area was under construction of the Olympics and was a real mess. When going to the airport from the cruise terminal allow lots of time. The "freeway" to the airport is covered by "poor" kids trying to sell soft drinks, candy, etc. which slows traffic on a six lane road to a crawl. Not the normal taxi stand I was hoping for but after a long walk with carry-on luggage we found a "gypsy" cab offering a fair price to the GIG airport.

We had to cancel our reservation because of flight changes and found there was no telephone number and when we emailed them received no response after 2 days nor a refund. Lousy to say the least. We emailed both the hello.gig@myaerotel.com and inquiry.pplhk@plaza-network.com email addresses. I even called Singapore aerotel to try to get some help to no avail... Sorry very disappointed and ripped off.
