If you love nature and the seaside this is a lovely beach hotel. It doesn't even feel like you're in a hotel, it's more like each room is your own little seaside bungalow. They only serve breakfast but in Búzios, you're meant to spend the day at the beach anyway and the evening in the lively Rua das Pedras and... More

I have rated this hotel a 2/5. Firstly, some positive things: hotel is located on a hill (although in some cases it might be a disadvantage) so the views on ferradura beach are really breathtaking. Common area also has a pool which is very nice. We went to Buzios with our 17 months old son and he really enjoyed swimming.... More

This is one of the worst "hotel" I ever stayed. There was no water for one day, TV not working, and usually forgets to put towels. Totally do not recommend this "hotel".......just horrible......both.room and service.

My boyfriend and I stayed some days at the hotel. A very good service. The room was great with a terrace that had a super aerial view of the beach. It was awesome. A really peaceful place. Every item in the room was beautiful.

There were a few good things about this hotel: a) the view: that was truly awesome. When we checked out the view...we were speechless. b) the quiet: there is no noise (unless you turn on the air conditioning...that would create vibrations in the entire room and it was quite loud) c) the staff: they were friendly and tried to help... My boyfriend made a surprise trip so I didnt know where we going to stay. Well it was unpleasant surprise, he was disappointed even more because he believed pictures when he was making a booking. Every item in the room was either damaged or dirty. The handle in the swimming pool (which was tiny) wasnt attached properly so it wasnt... More

This hotel is in a more secluded area, which is nice to come back and have some peace and quiet. It is a fair walk to the downtown/city centre but we did not mind. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Ferradura Beach. The view from our Vila was wonderful - could see Ferradura Beach from our window. There... More

We stayed a week at the hotel an we really liked it. A very good service. The view from our room was awesome. We have a baby, so they gave us a cradle and it was still a huge room. We really had a break... A really peaceful place.

This for sure formally luxurious Hotel at a magnificent location overlooking one of the beaches of Buzios shows decadency in form of missing repairs, luck of personal and missing normal hotel services, like Bar drinks, and snacks, the opportunity to use the existing swimming pool, and illegal charges of extra percentages for paying bills with credit cards. “This for sure formally luxurious Hotel at a magnificent location overlooking one of the beaches of Buzios shows decadency in form of missing repairs, luck of personal and missing normal hotel services, like Bar drinks, and snacks, the opportunity to use the existing swimming pool, and illegal charges of extra percentages for paying bills with credit cards. We were told, that the bar is open until night, but when we wanted to have a Caipirinha, we were told, that there is no Barmen available. Floor towels in the bath room were rotten, some furniture's would need paint probably since a long time, corners in bathroom seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time, because had crust's of dirt, the wooden handrails at stairs in the garden were broken or cracked, without having been restored, etc., etc. Which was thought to be a nice 3 night stay at one of the nicest places in Brazil turned out to be a disappointing experience, when finally they wanted to charge us an additional 10% surcharge for paying with credit card, which in Brazil is illegal, - which all users of this system for charging values know! We left with the feeling that we had been faked.”
