I used this hotel as a gateway/1-night stay on my way to Ouro Preto. Good choice. It has a fabulous location - a few steps from where the airport bus final stop is located. A short walk to the main tourist area. Strong wifi, great breakfast, and great staff, with comfortable room. A real treat.

Hotel is close to everything, perfectly located (Mercado central,Placa da liberdade)sixty feet from Conexao Aeroporto the executive bus that takes you to and from the airport for 23 Rs. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable, the free Wi Fi works great in the rooms.Staff are really nice and acomodating. Very good breakfast with lots of options...

The hotel is located in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to tourist attractions (Mercado Central, Parque Municipal, Plaça da Libertade, etc). Nearby, also at walking distance, are bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, cafes. It is perfectly located next to the airport transport bus (I arrived in the evening so it was great to not have to worry about how...

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cabral bus station (not the rodavario) so you need to take the executivo connection to get there at 21 reals. Couldn't be better with a 30 second walk to the hotel. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. A short walk to Liberty Plaza or the big park in the...

Stayed there over the World Cup - expected to pay a premium but they charged over $500 per night and hotel, room and service were all at best 2-3 star. Room was basic, window didn't shut and location was noisy with traffic and some bar. Gym and pool were a joke and breakfast was buffet but staff incredibly rude and...

Location is pretty central and right next door to the airport bus terminal. But... hated the room. Laminated floors, laminated panelling, laminated everything. And the decor was a sort of grubby cream. When I arrived it was a bit on the nippy side. The air conditioning had a heat setting but I could detect no heat being generated. I asked...

A very nice-looking room at first glance (we had a "superior" room on the 16th floor): a huge bed, firm pillows, a reasonably well-stocked minibar... great views over the city and lots of light. However, there were a number of glitches: first and foremost the shower door did not close. It was clear to see that some kind of plastic...

This is a fairly expensive hotel relative to what you get for the room and the location. We had a superior room with the a/c vent above the bed and the tv was hung on the left side of the wall which was not convenient. Luckily there were three English speaking channels - BBC, Bloomberg and CNN. However, the location,...

When you arrive in Confins airport. it's necessary take a bus to downtown. Then, the last bus stop is beside the hotel, and a traditional popular market in Afonso Pena ave at Sundays is 3 blocks from it. Simple, middle room size and comfortable.

Stayed there for 6 days on a business trip. Ample space, clean rooms, bathroom was a little tight. Breakfast was good, although the dry cereal seemed stale. Would certainly recommend the location, taxi stand on street outside the hotel, restaurants within walking distance. Sara at the reception desk was outstanding, she gave me correct directions and was helpful in planning...

“The 6th floor has some meeting rooms with an open terrace where people congregated and chatted loudly from early morning. Don't get a room on the 7th floor or the noise will wake you up. In fact I'd advise against getting a room between the 1st and top floors...”

“There is a lot of construction in areas around the hotel so noise is going to be unavoidable and street noise was an issue as I pointed out. I have to believe that being on the 18th floor, like I was, helped. I had an "Executive King" I think they called it which was actually a queen-sized been in the USA.”
