The hotel is well within the Ibis standard, but it is worth noting the wonderful tapioca and couscous breakfast, as well as other varieties of cakes and sweets. Breakfast is great! The rest of the hotel serves dinner until 22:00, something not every ibis offers. As for the location: the hotel is very close to the event centre and the uber is pretty cheap, but is far from the beach and at night there is nothing to eat in the vicinity. Tbm is a relatively short distance from the airport and close to the iguatemi shopping. The room/wc is pretty standard but looking new, well clean and well arranged - no surprises. One thing caught my attention: the hotel is quiet. I did not notice noise problems in this Ibis unit. I always complain that some hotels in the chain suffer from the acoustics and it is quite unpleasant to be hearing the noises of other guests, but I did not notice this in this hotel.

I stay at this hotel every 60 days and whenever I decide to have dinner or even breakfast, the standard is always lower than other units. Don't expect reasonable food. I recommend eating outside the hotel. I ordered a sun-dried meat and they served a salted loin/lizard, cooked in butter.

The room is small, the TV is of poor quality, the TV control is useless. There is nothing in the hotel. They could invest more and make better rooms, a decent TV, change the batteries in the remote, improve the whole… they could do better, especially with the bad TV.

Problems with the structure (masonry) in the bathroom. Poor towel replacement. Accommodation arrangement made extremely difficult by the unit management. Poor quality standards in customer service. Poor quality Wi-Fi and connectivity, room 958 from May 14 to 19, 2024. Acceptable breakfast but poor quality in fruit and hot dishes with little variety. I do not recommend.

Great location. The Hotel is a 10-minute taxi ride from Fortaleza International Airport and the same time from Ceara Convention Center (A Brazil's State) on foot. It features a diverse breakfast with regional fruit and a la carte meals from 12 am to 12pm. Friendly and solicitous staff. Reasonably sized rooms with studio themed decor.
