This is a very good hotel! It has a great breakfast buffet, a great swimming pool, a great view of the beach, very nice beds, and a very peaceful location. The negative things I would say are very minor but they did make a difference for me. First, the staff were polite but not friendly. The hostesses at the breakfast buffet each morning were disappointing because they were the first staff I would see each day but they would never greet me and sometimes they would just coldly look me off. I stayed in a suite for 10 days, and these ladies knew it from their register, so for spending that much money I kind of expected a minimum amount of polite and respectful behavior. Second, the location is very peaceful but it is also a little far from other things so that might turn some people off. However, this is easily remedied by spending 3 to 4 bucks for an Uber. Third, I have been in windy locations but all night long the wind would whistle very loudly in my room. I feel like with a little TLC then the windows could be re-sealed or altered somewhat and this whistling issue would be completely resolved. If you are a light sleeper then this whistling wind issue might make it difficult to sleep. In summary, I really feel like this could be an excellent hotel if they would ask their staff to be friendly rather than just not rude.

New, modern hotel, very well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and very well organized (we left Vila Gale, where it was chaos every morning). The pool area is beautiful and very pleasant.

On the negative side, the fact that there is no balcony in the room makes you hostage to the air conditioning and the room we stayed in (side view of the sea) was quite noisy due to the avenue behind the hotel.

The ocean front room is the best, The 4k TV looked beautiful. Bed, divine pillows. Complimentary two waters per day and very good quality espresso coffee.
It is Future Beach, windy but it was a great breeze. At night there is practically nothing, we choose to go to the shopping to eat rather than taking an Uber, it is close. (taxi is very expensive).
The pool is beautiful and the service is very good. Paulo took care of us because we liked him very much and we understood each other a lot but no one speaks Spanish well, I don't understand that.
We arranged directly with the hotel through WhatsApp and coordinated paying in real accommodation that was convenient for the change.
The best breakfast with champagne included.
We are still staying and then we change hotels in Meireles.
Highly recommended
There is a beach club in front, be careful because they bring you a drink that you did not order and it is a problem, you pay for it and it is not a hotel service.

Do not go there if you expect to chill in the pool. IT'S literally impossible! People are allowed to use speakers which they play really loud music plus people yelled.... even the children playing there are that nosiy! Impossible to rest there but it's nice

Don't be fooled by the photos, nor the 5-star review, I went to spend a week with my husband and son. We made the reservation and payment directly with the hotel, and we paid for the room facing the sea, when we arrived there they put us in another one lower than the amount we paid, we complained and they put us in the right one, the girl who served us had zero friendliness, the room What we stayed at wasn't everything that was shown in the photos, the breakfast didn't match the 5 stars it said, it was missing a lot. Positive point, some older waiters, I don't remember their names, super attentive and kind, quiet but dangerous streets, some good beach bars, but at night we were afraid to go out, as it was a quiet beach, and they said It is a beach with the highest rates of robberies. Anyway, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Bad things:
Not a 5 star breakfast. Did not clean the room for 3 days, my friend on another room they did not clean the room 1 day.
You can hear anything that goes on at the corridor of your floor.
Dinner, they change or order to meat when we asked fish and salmon carpacio to beef carpacio.
Amenities at the room are very poor.
Good:
For a city hotel the swimming is ok and the best part is that the futuro beach is in front of the hotel with a great spot orbita blue restaurant!

I live in Fortaleza and I looked for this hotel to spend my wedding day and prepare for the wedding, as well as my honeymoon. I looked for online service via WhatsApp, and received very poor service, they were super harsh. During the bride's making off, some professionals need to enter the room for filming, photos, makeup... basically they said that for this to be possible (which is not a problem in any other hotel) I would have to pay for a room of around 4 times more expensive than the standard room. Anyway, this was the first hotel I had researched because I loved the space and location, but I was super disappointed. I advise anyone who wants to do the same to go to the hotel, perhaps the experience in person will be better…

I stayed in a room facing the sea and it was simply impossible to sleep on the night of 16/09/2023, as there was an electronic party in front of the hotel, which lasted well into the night and made the walls of the room shake and nothing was done to solve the problem! When I was checking out of the hotel, they told me that there was a taxi service that charged R$60.00 to go to the airport and when the taxi driver arrived he told me that the price was R$80.00, when he saw that my boyfriend was American said he would turn on the meter! Simply absurd!! Terrible experience! I never intend to go back!

I had a great stay here while staying in Fortaleza, the room was very comfy with a sea view. Bar and restaurant serve great food and drinks. They do charge your bar and food orders to your room to pay at checkout, which I thought was very useful. The pool is also amazing, great temperature and chest deep. Perfect area to chill around the pool and very close to popular beaches.

Answer from Global17311301171
Dispomos de estacionamento no subsolo. É cobrado uma taxa por dia.
