We are already frequent customers of this hotel and consider it to be great value for money in Fortaleza! The structure, despite being a little older, perfectly suits a not very demanding guest. The main thing is the service, we consider it to be impeccable. People really wanting to provide a great stay. Great breakfast, enough variety of savory, sweet, hot and cold dishes. Not prepared and with a special ingredient: the smile of those who serve you. Adequate restaurant with dishes made to a very good standard and fair prices. Rooms with an older layout but that meet expectations, as the beds are comfortable, the environment is cleaned daily, towels and linen are clean and compatible (if you want satin or silk sheets, bring them from home). Good-sized exercise gym with basic equipment (those who want professional training can look for something nearby).
Swimming pool with well-serviced wet bar.
Opportunity for improvement: invest in more varied “playlists” of musical genres…. The current ones are tiring... They should listen to us more as we have already observed this personally.
Excellent location, close to the craft fair, close to the sea, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, car rental, banks and other services.

We concluded our sixth consecutive edition in 2023… wait for us in 2024!

Perfect hotel, rating 10!!
Rooms: Clean accommodation, large and comfortable bedroom and bathroom, beds, pillows, towels and sheets in perfect condition.
Excellent breakfast: homemade bread, tapioca, fried eggs, omelettes, waffles, various juices, all very tasty and fresh.
The hotel restaurant is fantastic, the food is very good, serves very well and the value is compatible with the hotel.
The location is perfect, just cross the street and we are in the best place by the sea, with lots of kiosks and good and cheap food, the only thing I have to complain about Fortaleza is that in the region there are a lot of people who keep asking for things, but really this is all the time.
If you sit at the side tables of the kiosks, you might barely be able to eat because of so many people who come to approach you, and most of the time they even intimidate you, leaving you feeling embarrassed and having to keep making photos all the time as if you had an obligation to help. everyone, this was the part that disappointed me about the city.

The hotel's strong point is undoubtedly its location, which is exceptional! The hotel is also very good, but the comparison with the Gran Mareiro is inevitable and I ended up finding this one slightly inferior, but it ends up making up for it a lot due to its privileged location, right in front of the waterfront and the crafts fair. The room is comfortable and spacious, with everything we need, comfortable bed and working air conditioning, the bathroom is regular. From the photos, I thought the group of pools was bigger, but they are still good and you can enjoy them. The internet works well, the staff were polite, the breakfast is delicious with variety and quality for all tastes. The daily rate was included in an offer that I decided to take advantage of to get to know the hotel. I can say that I would easily stay here again if the price was right, after all it's great to be well accommodated right in front of the waterfront.

Location, pool and breakfast excellent. Good restaurant.
Room reasonable, but needs modernization. The anti noise window is the main one. Room with little ventilation, depends only on air conditioning.
Cleaning of bathrooms in very poor common areas.
Bad general service, except for some employees who try to make a difference. Very common to see queues at the reception and wait 20 minutes until a waiter shows up in the pool. The experience of calling the manager to deal with a matter was bad.

I have been to this hotel with my husband 4 times and this was the last. The seaside hotel with a large pool and comfortable rooms has aged and, unfortunately, has not undergone the necessary interventions to modernize it. Dirty swimming pool (including cockroach wings, we had to ask for it to be cleaned), bathroom with rusty soap dispenser, bathroom door uneven, switch behind the bathroom door and, as it was on the first floor, room with mosquitoes. What still remains at the hotel is the comfort of the beds, the excellent breakfast and the attention of the staff. In fact, some genius changed the staff uniform for a thicker one with long sleeves for reception and for the girls who are at the grill making tapioca.

A hotel of this size that does not offer parking for the guest needs to close. I booked the accommodation in advance and when I arrived I was surprised by the information that there is no parking and the employee told me to leave the car on the street or put it in a paid parking lot 500m away from the hotel and the hotel has no valet.
I don't point this place to my enemy.
Never go back there

I was at the Hotel Mareiro de Meireles on Jul/23 and I will go back to spend the Christmas and New Years finale. Points to consider!!!
- Needs improvement - Breakfast, mostly juices and cakes, lacks flavor and quality!
- Parts of the first and second floor rooms smell musty! From the third floor upwards, the relatives who stayed gave a good assessment.
- Pest control needs to be done. A baby scorpion came out of the bathroom sink!
- Need to improve the structure!
* It's small details that make all the differences!
I hope my post-Christmas and New Year evaluation will be completely different.
Caprichem Mareiro!!!!

Very calm and clean hotel in all areas. Breakfast with a wide variety of dishes and fruits, large rooms with very comfortable beds. The only less pleasant point is the area surrounding the hotel, which does not demonstrate security at almost all times of the day.

The hotel is wonderful! Excellent service, all extremely cordial, excellent location in front of bars, fairs, etc. In front of the hotel there is a restaurant of its own chain q the food is wonderful.
The pool is large, has a DJ q stays playing in the afternoon at the hotel in front of the restaurant. Very good.
Fantastic breakfast, even champagne.
I loved it!

Bad service, staff are not kind. Room space good, has no balcony. Ibis standard improved with a little more space. Dirty pool jacuzzi. Weak Ibis style breakfast. Beautiful beach but Sunday of a lot of people. It has a convenience people to excellent hotel with good prices. The night away from the spots to walk dinner. The night very ermos to walk near the hotel do not recommend. Anyway I would pay half the price in an Ibis would change little thing I thought that the price would be better.

Boa noite, apesar do horário da tarde pegar uma boa parte de sombra na piscina, a água não é fria, até porque fortaleza é uma cidade muito quente. Eu achei a temperatura boa, eu também não gosto de água muito fria.
