We stayed from 02/06/24 to 02/12/24 and it was a very good experience. Excellent breakfast, excellent service, highlighting the employee Régis who served us with great friendliness and excellent service, promptly helping whenever necessary. At reception we were very well attended to by the employee Mateus; who helped us a lot the day we arrived (after a big problem we had with our reservation with Smile) and gave us all the support, including giving us tips on what to do in the city.

The hotel is well located in front of Iracema beach. The boardwalk is opposite, where athletes practice various physical activities. Close to the traditional craft fair and the best gastronomic kiosks. Very comfortable hotel, I stayed in a sea view apartment. Cleanliness of the place, great! Very good breakfast, with tapioca and waffles prepared to order with the ingredients the customer prefers. I leave my reservation to the receptionist Rodrigo, a super attentive, polite guy, his service is unique. He went to great lengths to help us choose the best tour company to take us on trips to neighboring beaches. 10 staff service!

I was at the hotel on a very important day for me: my wedding day! I was very well received by the entire reception team, who allowed me to enter with the entire makeup, hair, photo and filming team. I stayed in a seafront suite which gave me an even more memorable experience. In the morning we had a wonderful, typically Ceará breakfast, with freshly made tapioca. We will definitely be back. Attentive staff. With thanks to those at breakfast, to Elisângela with her divine wafers and omelettes, to Matheus who guided us every morning in choosing the ingredients and to Glauber. Reception staff very polite. Room cleaning service. I spent the whole day on walks and when I returned it was always impeccable. Excellent location. The location of the hotel is great. Friendly and attentive staff, especially Regis at reception and Matheus at breakfast. We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the hotel gave us an upgrade, we stayed in a sea view room which and when we entered the room we were treated to a very good cupcake, brigadeiros and biscuits. Wonderful hotel!!! The entire team served us very well. Reception is always very attentive, the staff who prepare breakfast are excellent. The tapioca girl served us with a lot of love, she always had a smile on her face. Evandro is nice too.

I did not get the room I had booked for 2 months before in agency ( sea view) ... after 24 hours of travel
I had to make "a story" at the reception to get what I HAD to get to win the case 2 days later...
Defective light in the bathroom, toilet not working and sink plugging until our Check-out (9 nights) ...

Extremely cramped room for 2 adults and 1 child. Very noisy air conditioning, blackout curtain that passes lighting above and below, not blocking out the light. Breakfast ok for the hotel standard. What saves is the team. Very attentive.
