The hotel is well located, in front there is supermarket and pharmacy. All staff are extremely polite and helpful, I requested room change due to the Wi-Fi signal and promptly was served. Breakfast is a delight, and tapioca is made on time, just make the order. I spent my son's birthday and mine, at his, we arrived and had a cake with cakes and cardboard in the room. And on my day, I got breakfast, right to congratulate. They are very human, I was delighted with the kindness. Only less positive point is the pool, very small indeed, but the view is a spectacle!!!

Hotel in an excellent location, perfect for walking along the coast, very clean, comfortable bed, good pillows, and especially a team that really made a difference for us who have been away from home for a while. It's incredible how a human welcome cannot be replaced by a machine or any robot. Real congratulations. Great hotel, helpful staff, polite and smiling. The breakfast is fantastic with many varieties, our days in Fortaleza were wonderful, our tours were excellent, with a lot of adrenaline, excitement and joy. We'll be back soon.

We deceded to stay one night in this hotel becuase is one of the last hotels on the "orla" where the transfer buses stop for going to Jericoacoara. The hotel is old and need a reform. The fotos are not correct. Breakfast simple and busy cause every trips starts at the same time. For sure not the best solution for Fortaleza.

Well located hotel. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy and the edge of Iracema beach, whose promenade has several attractions. Clean hotel with extremely helpful, polite and attentive staff. There is freshly made tapioca for breakfast.

Wonderful hotel! Super attentive and helpful staff! Very good hotel installation! Watered breakfast! Sauna and pool and partnership with the city council cycling for free! Super recommend! When back to Fortaleza it's definitely a great hotel I'll return to!

If I had known ! The hotel is located right next to a squat, much too lively especially at night, since the windows are old and without double glazing, your night will be very short. Average lunch. Toilets to be repaired (reported but for them everything is fine). One out of every two elevators is broken. The strong point, the staff who are charming and available, but that is not enough. The hotel was very clean. There was a nice breakfast each morining. The staff was friendly and quick to help with a road trip we had planned to Jeri. There are good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach and market are about 10-15 minute walk but there are plenty cabs if you want to ride.

This is not a good hotel. Staff don't care about you, bedrooms are poor, bathroom small, beds unconfortable, breakfast is a joke. The location is not for a family. Across the street you find a bar that is a prostitution point. You can find things better in Fortaleza. Don't stay in this hotel.

Fortaleza is generally I found run down. So the hotels follow. And so you can't really expect too much there generally. The room is adequate and the hotel is adequate. The internet worked fantastically in the room. Room is quite small and so is tv. View not very pleasant. As I said Fortaleza is run down and lacking in hotels and so in tourist season,they can shoot up the price. Supply and demand. Unfortunately they don't have the standard to charge those sort of prices. If you wanted to bring a lady friend back to your room,you will be charged 250 brazilian reals.

Bom dia! Nas imediações do hotel sim, pela orla de Iracema também, mas se você quiser fazer compras pelo lado do centro não aconselho ir a pé de jeito nenhum, fui alertada assim que cheguei lá sobre isso, o uber fica bem em conta não vale a pena arriscar. Os barzinhos da Meireles são bem legais também, mas se for e retornar muito tarde volte de uber.
