The hotel is very beautiful, clean, well located, close to the market, restaurants and stalls by the sea, you can walk there. The view from the rooms and the pool are very beautiful, we arrived at the room and was welcomed with a towel and balloons decoration in celebration of my birthday (I was informed by my husband) the gym is well equipped, rooms are a good size, well tidy , very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast well served, lots of options, replacements, staff attentive to collecting dishes and cleaning. There was a day when we left very early for a walk, we told the restaurant the night before that we would leave early and they prepared breakfast for us, with fruits and juices, the attention and the Lord who welcomed us and served us that morning on the 8th was wonderful. /10 was super kind and attentive. We went in October 2023 and the whole team is to be congratulated, super polite and attentive, they guide us in what we need... A difference was the night of my birthday, Friday 10/06, we had dinner at the hotel's Cobogó restaurant, in addition to the food being very delicious. and well served, the team on the day made the moment very special, with congratulations and a cupcake, I loved it ❤️ Isabel, Daniel and Mr. Joaci made all the difference with the care and attention they gave us. At reception they provide towels for the pool and beach, I thought it was great! The only point of inconvenience that occurred was the check-in times, as, as it was a package, an alternative could be to combine agency and hotel to avoid having to wait so long to check in. We had to open our bags and change in the reception bathroom and they stored our luggage. We arrived around 9:00 to be able to check in only at 2:00. But everything worked out in the end. I believe the receptionist's name is Luise, she was very polite and friendly in explaining our reception and taking care of our bags and bouquet of roses that I received at the airport, she stored everything with care and attention! Klebson gave us several tips and took care of getting our bags quickly, very attentive! Ivo at check out was also very polite and attentive, and he also asked to store our bags so that we could wait until the transfer time for our return flight. We checked out at 12:00 and went for lunch and then waited at reception for the time... Overall our stay was great!

The hotel is perfect, reception, meals, location. I would like to praise the service provided by the maid Fátima, who whenever we arrived in our room we were presented with a little animal made from the towels and the impeccable tidying! They are to be congratulated!

Not a very good hotel. The bed was terrible, the check-in took forever, the corridors do not have an elevator button to go up so if you want to go to the roof top, where the pool is located you must get inside the lift and hope that it is going up before it goes down. The towels were in bad conditions. One night we were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, a mistake. We ordered hamburgers. The bread and the meat pads were disintegrating, falling apart, it had no taste and was also over cooked.
One the good side the breakfast was nice. There was a senior gentleman, that seamed to be in charge who was very nice to everyone and looking after details. Also, the front desk agent during check-out was very nice too. She offered to look after our bags and called the restaurant to make sure they would let us in since it was a little before opening time and we were leaving very early.

The hotel is rather dated in comparison to the glossy pictures shown online. The jacuzzi is no longer in operation, the gym/steam/solarium are like a building site and need the fire exit stairs for access. The rooftop only has 4 loungers for the entire hotel to use. The hotel is rated as 5* but believe me in 2022 it would be 3* at best. I was disappointed by the hygiene of the hotel - dirty windows and elevators. Maintenance came to fix my aircon and left dirty footprints all over my room. The receptionist tried to charge me on check-in even though I'd paid via Expedia, and at check out I was almost over charged again! Upon checking out I was informed there would be no access at all to the hotel after 12pm, I couldn't use the pool for a few hours or get changed before my flight. $35 per hour is charged for late checkout. Overall the hotel looks amazing online but in real life, I was really underwhelmed by the facilities and the lack of customer service offered. It would be refreshing if management actually took note of all these negative reviews and improved their hotel to it's former 5* glory, but that would take effort and money - so I doubt anything will ever change.

Let's start with the positive: the service was very good, everyone was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was pretty good also, with the standard Brazilian breakfast options.

However the facilities themself are nowhere near the 4 star level. The rooms are pretty warn out. We booked double but got triple which meant that in a room that already was quite small to start with, there was no free space. The side sea view meant a direct view to a building right in front. The mattress, pillows and bed linen are of very, VERY average quality. The pool on the rooftop is nice, although small, with only 4 pairs of sunbeds (for 200+ rooms) and no parasols. The towels for the pool have to be picked up at the reception. However when we asked in the afternoon, there were no more, and then when we asked the following morning, they had not yet arrived from the laundry service.
Also the WiFi didn't work one entire day in the weekend and was never fixed on the rooftop, when we were there.

In short: great location and service but not worth the price. Please start with replacing the mattresses and pillows and bed linen!

Hotel well located but with poor infrastructure and many defects in the apartments and common areas.
First defect. When I made the reservation on booking they mentioned that the pool was being renovated and would be delivered at the end of March, but what was my surprise when I discovered that they postponed it until the end of April without informing those who had already made a reservation. So the pool, Solarium, gym and rooftop bar were practically unusable. They offer the Fortaleza Yacht Club pool as an option but it is not as wonderful as they claim. The yacht club is located inside the port and is next to a favela, so it is not pleasant. I wanted to cancel and go somewhere else but they didn't want to cancel claiming it was outside the Hotel's cancellation policy. So they offered me an upgrade to a room facing the sea as a form of compensation, but believe me, the room was worse because it was smaller, the air conditioning was on top of the bed, which meant I had to turn the air conditioning on and off throughout the night. . There is no difference in the finish and furniture of the executive suite they gave me and the standard room. The fact that it is facing the sea doesn't even make up for it as it is noisy and doesn't have double windows and as they gave me a low floor I could hear practically everything from the street. The bathroom, despite being large, has a very poorly made shower stall, it is narrow and I had to shower on my side because my shoulders couldn't fit between the wall and the glass. The elevators are another special case, they are old and poorly maintained and feel like a sauna, they are so hot. When I arrived, one elevator was broken, which forced everyone to wait several minutes for the other elevator. The breakfast, despite having a good variety, does not have its menu replenished quickly enough, which ends up making the meal torture. The only positive point is the staff who end up trying to compensate for the Hotel's shortcomings with friendliness and willingness. It was because of the Staff that I gave the hotel 2 stars

Bad experience.
It started with check in. The company that hired me paid for the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that I would have to pay again, as the person who paid for the reservation was not me. I had to pay again for something that was paid for.
In the room, mold. This was the main problem, but not the only one.
Bad, old bed.
When I woke up, I went to the gym to work out at 7am, only to discover that the gym didn't open until 9am. Huh?! I had never seen this in my life: a hotel gym only opening at 9am.
The hotel is located on the seafront, an obvious advantage, which comes with reducing noise. The windows are not soundproofed.
Payment for room service consumption is made on the spot. Cannot be included in the account

My family and I booked a night at this hotel. As the flight would arrive at 3 am, I informed them in advance via WhatsApp that it would arrive early in the morning and my reservation included a room for three people, 2 adults and a child. Well, when you enter the room, there is an unbearable smell of mold! To make matters worse, a single bed for three and only towels for two. We called reception and no one answered for minutes. When complaining at the exit, the attendant said that children up to 6 years old do not pay and therefore do not have a bed. I informed them that I paid through travel agency Azul for a triple and with towels for both. I don't recommend it to anyone. If a day was good, it must be in the past. Breakfast with a delay in restocking bread and fruit, when asking for replacement “it will be done” a total of 35 minutes for replacement of just fruit to arrive. I am not coming back

On the weekend of November 15, my company, Activos Academy, held an event of Finance and Investments for Couples at Seara Praia Hotel. After several quotes, we chose Seara for one of the most important events of our company.

From the day we made our first technical visit, we were very well received by Alyne Linhares. I want to express our sincere thanks to Alyne, who welcomed us and took care of our group with great affection. Alyne really made us feel at home. I shared with her my desire to leave a personalized toast for each couple in their apartments, and she promptly made everything happen in an excellent way. The rooms were beautiful.

We also want to leave our sincere thanks to Carol Honorato, who was excellent in the negotiation to close the contract, always very attentive.

Shortly after Carol left, Talita Almeida assumed responsibility for our group and was wonderful with me, always very attentive in all the phone calls I made. Thank you, Talita.

We were very pleased with the hotel facilities, the reception, the cleanliness, the breakfast — all excellent, score 10.

In addition to the 13 apartments we booked, we also booked the event room to talk to our group of 26 people. We also sell big tickets to outside people who would like to attend the event only on Saturday. We rented the room Athens for 200 people. David attended us in the afternoon in the event room and was very helpful with the team that was there in the assembly. The room was clean, everything as planned.

Everything would be perfect, if it wasn't a communication failure between the event team and the restaurant, which hurt us a lot, I will reserve the details only to the hotel's managers.

Apart from this unpleasant situation, all the other people mentioned above — Alyne, Talita, the girls at the reception, Daniel, David, the restaurant staff — were incredible and did not allow our stay to be marked just by this bad episode. You guys were amazing.

Thank you!
