Really deserves a 10! We stayed on the fourth floor, in a room with very good taste of decor and lighting, all very new. The view of the sea is wonderful and the window cuts the sound completely when closed. Very attentive staff, especially Dona Vera, the camaraderie on our floor, and the girls who made tapioca and omelet on time for breakfast, which I can say was excellent, with many options. The location is great, in addition to the restaurants in the hotel itself which are also very good, in the surrounding quarters there is fast food, pharmacy, market, cellars, without against the tents of the beach that opened every night. This is very noisy on working days and the view to the beach is partially “disturbing” as well as the metal fence protection around the hotel front during New Year’s eve. Excellent service from staff at reception, restaurant and breakfast. Outdated hotel and rooms. Did not have any shower Gel during whole stay. Rooms need renovation, very bad Wif in room. Hotel is extremly noisy, balcony doors were broken and was not possible to close. Construction works are going on in front of hotel.

We really enjoyed the experience overall. Very dedicated to cleaning, attentive staff, especially Valdemir who served us at the restaurant and breakfast! The Rooftop is an exceptional environment that makes your stay even more enjoyable. Pleasant atmosphere from the entrance hall to the rooms. The breakfast is quite complete: scrambled eggs, sausage with sauce, cured meat stew, chicken pie, artisan breads, cold cuts and a variety of fruits and sweets.
