Excellent hotel. We stayed for 9 days (07/19 to 07/28). Excellent service at the reception, especially the staff Adriano and Thiago, attentive and polite. Cleaning is carried out every day with towel changes and replacement. You arrive from the tour, the room smells clean. The cafe has many varieties and the staff always replaces the food. The security guards were very polite to the guests.

The hotel is well located in the feeling of being close to convenience, pharmacy and supermarket, however, it is not by the sea and to get to the main points (Iracema statue, Feirinha da Beira Mar) we prefer to use application transportation.
The hotel is a three-star and meets what is expected of it when it is used only for rest.
Room and bathroom with good space. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds. I just found the pillow very low, but that's a personal taste.
Cleaning performed daily and well performed.
My sister used the Wi-Fi and said it wasn't good.
Breakfast items are diverse and delicious and well prepared, however, they are the same every day, which can be a hassle for longer stays.

Super well located hotel close to Beira Mar Avenue.
Large rooms with comfortable beds, efficient and careful service. Towels are loaned from reception to support your tours.
Super kind staff from the first contact, especially Renato who gave us several tips as well as a good chat at the end of the afternoon.
Yucca Restaurant where a delicious breakfast is served, highlighting cakes and regional delicacies. Here I would like to give a special thanks to Jô Roberto who always welcomed us with a smile every morning in addition to his tour tips.
There is free parking according to space availability.
During our stay there were also many events to welcome football players, which was a joy and made for a good corporate stay.
I highly recommend it and I will certainly be back!!!

Reception and breakfast staff with a friendliness and dedication to helping that really stood out. While we were checking in, they quickly made drawings and colored pencils available to my children without being asked. At the Café, the staff was always on hand to help with whatever we needed.

Note 5 for this hotel, excellent location, excellent cleanliness, breakfast coffee with varieties, attentive staff, very polite, the guys who organize breakfast coffee are wonderful, always serving with a lot of education, always collecting and cleaning the tables, it was wonderful days in this hotel! From the reception to the coffee, service, everything was very good. All reception staff were super careful and attentive. Breakfast well served, with ample opening hours. Large rooms, with complimentary coffee that won me over. Excellent service!

The room is very spacious, complete bathroom and very clean. Several pillows, very large wardrobe. Excellent service, the receptionist Maria was very friendly and attentive, she served us very well!
