The service from the receptionist who was on duty in the morning on 13/09 as soon as I arrived was impeccable, along with the kitchen and cleaning girls, which made the experience even more special. Good hotel for the price charged, good split air conditioning, worn-out minibar but works well, excellent room tidying, electric shower, excellent breakfast, super friendly and attentive staff, I highlight: Meire, Fabiana (wonderful tapioca) and Maria, I don't remember the name of the guys at reception who are also very attentive and friendly. Points to develop: One more piece of furniture is missing to accommodate suitcases, in the bathroom I missed shampoo and conditioner (cheap improvements). I recommend!

Location of easy access, close to the bustling places in Fortaleza. Cozy place, everything very good and clean. Delicious breakfast, especially the tapioca fair hot at the time and lots of fruits, always fresh and ripe. The best of the hotel is in its staff, always caring, attentive, helpful, do everything to ensure a pleasant and pleasant stay. Ahhh, and it's about St. Peter's Church. Tiny rooms with no windows and terribly maintained. The worst breakfast I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Not only is the food bad, but the space is ridiculous, 6 tables in a 4 floors hotel hotel with 7 rooms each. Service is as bad as the rooms, I left a message asking them not to clean my room (there's no do not disturb sign) and when I got back, the room had been cleaned. When I asked they said they had to go in because of a leakage in the room next door. No one was able to explain why they had to make the bed in the process of cleaning the floor. The manager, of course, was not at the hotel and even after being asked to contact me, did not. I'm never coming back andif you're in the process of searching, keep looking. If you have already booked, I'm so sorry!

Serviço péssimo, deixei avisado que o quarto não devia ser limpo, e eles entram e remexeram tudo. Pedi pra falar com o gerente que, claro, não estava no hotel, mas mandou recado pela recepção dizendo que entraram no quarto devido a vazamento no quarto vizinho. O motivo pelo qual fizeram a cama e recolheram o lixo, mesmo só tendo entrado para secar o vazamento, segue um mistério.

Great service, especially from Edson, who helped us with everything we needed in the city, including activities, tours, places to eat. The location is close to Iracema beach on a busy avenue. Bed extremely worn out in need of urgent renovation. They kindly moved us from our room to another in better condition. The room we stayed in had no windows. The stairs to the floors are very narrow, which makes it difficult to transport luggage to the rooms as there is no elevator. The breakfast is very basic and has little variation. Positive aspects: air conditioning, shower, location and efficient service from employees.

Hotel very well located, about 3 minutes from Iracema beach and 10 minutes from Feirinha da Beira Mar. Very cozy, and all the staff are attentive, especially the receptionist Edson who helped us by recommending tours and tourist attractions to visit. It was a very pleasant experience and we will recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed to attend a congress and the hotel has an excellent variety of breakfasts and good service. The hotel also has a good location. It is close to the central market, the dawn fair and the edge of Iracema beach. I recommend!

Em torno de 2,5km, na minha opinião não, pq além de andar a feirinha só acontece á noite e não é bom andar á pé por aqueles lados do hotel,mas se vc for a pé,vá mais cedo,pegue o calçadão da praia mas na volta vc venha de transporte que já é mais seguro e em relação ao ônibus não sei te dizer...
