I really enjoyed staying for 7 days, excellent staff, at the restaurant, at reception and others, I had a problem with the shower which was resolved without stress. Close to the market, pharmacy, restaurant and close to the beach and Iracema spit. Wonderful breakfast, very varied. Excellent cleanliness. I don't want to complain, just praise and thank you for how perfect my stay was.

The apartments are spacious and are located near the beach in a popular area of Fortaleza. Some of reception staff speak English. The apartments are allright but use a renovation as they are starting to look old;

My family and I planned this 3 week long trip to the coastal city of Fortaleza and we booked this hotel /extended stay place. We wanted to cook our own food so we thought that would be a good option; we looked at reviews here and most of them were favorable.BUT for our surprise the facilities were dated and not very well kept. The building itself lacked any kind of taste and looked kind of depressing. Our unit was rather small; all the kitchen amenities looked old and dirty; yes we could still see food stains in the microwave and oven. And the furniture looked rather dilapidated. They show beautiful pictures of views to the ocean from this building but most of the units dont get that since theres yet another high rise building right next to us. The tower has 22 floors and only 1, yes ONE operating elevator, which meant we would either have to wait 15-min for the elevator to come or climb 10 stories on foot. Definitely not ADA-compliant. The service elevator was broken so we would often come across the cleaning staff with dirty bedlinens..
After the third day we decided to move out and check in at a staple international brand hotel. AVOID this place at all costs; pay more and stay at a Holiday Inn.

this place is the pits. totally useless kitchen unless you bring your own dishers, pots, etc. very expensive, had to pay in full upon arrival, and not at all worth it. we had toilets that did not flush, and were charged for 2 bottles of water that we DID NOT take from the mini fridge, they were totally unreasonable and even though the maid reported on the day we left that the water quantity was OK we could not get them to remove the charge

This hotel is close to the beach and you can find several restaurants close the hotel. I stayed in this hotel for three months and I have to note that this hotel is somewhat old. It seems this is more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I stayed in a single room apartment and I had AC only in the bedroom. There was no AC in living room and kitchen and sometimes it is very hard with Fortaleza heat. I recommend the people to stay in rooms that are in higher floors. The lower you go, you lose the view as well as ventilation. The breakfast is good enough and you can get some food in the restaurants in top floor but I recommend to eat from out. Overall, if you are looking for a good quality hotel that is next to the beach then this is not the right place. If you are looking for an average hotel that is several blocks away from beach and want to stay several days then this might be a good solution.

The stay was very nice. There was everything needed. Just upon arrival, the kind of apartment we booked was not available anymore. So after checking with the reception they could get us a room on the second day. but it is always a bit of a hassle when you have to move.

The location is also good. It is my second time here. I thought I would see some improvements in regards of the accommodations. Bedrooms look old. There is no TV in the bedroom. Air conditioner system works but they look old and requiring maintenance. I would give another start if they improve the appliances inside the room. Hopefully next time.

The Delphia Blue is conveniently located two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updates, but the apartments are clean and comfortable and feature a small kitchen, sitting room and bedroom (with air conditioner). Couldn't connect to WiFi, but did find a cable to hook up. Suicide shower (electric heater shower head) always makes me nervous. A small balcony provided a bit of outdoor space. Included breakfast which was adequate.

The hotel is in a good location, and rooms are decent sized apartments. We chose this hotel as it advertised a kitchenette, which the room does have, but nothing to use in the kitchen, not even cutlery. We asked for cooking utensils, and some were provided.

The reception staff are friendly, and try to help as much as possible, but were unable to help with our onward bus travel, which I think is important for hotel reception staff to know about.

The breakfast spread is absolutely amazing!
