My considerations regarding the Casa Blanca Hotel, which is currently part of the Andrade Hotéis Network. The trip was from March 28th to 31st.
The Hotel is located at Rua Joaquim Alves 194, close to Praia de Iracema, the neighborhood is Meireles, we can say that it is a South Zone of Fortaleza, there are many hotels, restaurants, Ferinha Beira Mar is nearby, Excellent location!
But... for the location, the Hotel could have raised its stars much higher.
The reception is very pleasant, in fact the entire common area.
My sister and I were welcomed by the friendly and attentive Vinícius and Camila, we are grateful for the attention given to the entire staff. We stayed on the 5th floor.
Upon entering I found a tidy room, towels on the beds, air conditioning, good closet, bench with TV, minibar with soft drinks and water, and a beautiful view of Iracema beach.
But unfortunately, something I saw in several reviews here, and on other sites, was not a lie...
The bathroom is horrible, it needs renovation yesterday, coverings, shower, the first day the water was hot, more like lukewarm, but the last few days I took cold showers.
The towels are not white... they are dingy, the door underneath, the wood is falling apart...
On some channels you can watch TV, but on Globo the image is horrible.
The breakfast is a good breakfast, it doesn't have a variety, as I've seen in 3-star hotels, but for what it proposes, it has a regular variety, we can leave with breakfast.
The objective of the hotel when we travel is to have a place that provides us with comfort after arriving on tours, city tours, beaches, it doesn't have to be luxurious, but a pleasant appearance, good and clean bed and bath linen, of course. makes guests happier, and with the certainty of a return visit.
Grateful,
Angelica

I was recently at this hotel. My third time. It was sold to another company. The rooms remain simple. Bath towels are bad. Very fine. Breakfast is a buffet style. Very good. There is variety but not too much. My surprise was that they charged parking, something that didn't exist at the other times. But the service is okay. I would only come back to spend the night but not for a season of more days. The location is good.

The room is very spacious, bright, clean and with great views of Iracema Beach. We walk back from Central Market in 25 minutes. There are great restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff is very attentive.
We are greatly enjoying our stay.

Interphones from the rooms I stayed in do not work; sockets have poor contact, can not even charge a cellphone; toilet shower missing; no door in the box, which wet the whole bathroom. All this repeated itself in the 3 rooms I stayed in. The counter staff don't give the minimum to the customers. PARKING in a poorly covered basement for R$ 30,00 per day, no elevator, the customer himself has to climb dark stairs from the basement to the ground floor. 2 tiny elevators always full, slow and time-consuming to the floors. Cheap that comes expensive!

Spend here "for the 5 time" 4 days with my family, location is close to restaurants and the nightlife. Breakfast has a small collection of bread with ham and cheese and a large choice of fruits and cakes with several types of juices and coffee.
Swimmingpool on the roof is small and some fitness equipment. Rooms are clean could do with some maintenance both doors entrance door and the bathroom door needed force to be opened.

Unless you are a single, Italian male approaching geriatric age, you'll feel out place at the Casa Blanca. Especially at the breakfast or the (mini) rooftop pool which quests mostly all enjoy in the company of their 'dates.' The hotel gives off a seedy, rundown vibe reflective of the clientele and the (mostly) disinterested staff. Wifi in rooms free and also computers in lobby. Enjoy in ambiance reeking of stale tobacco smoke. Location is a bit far from the ocean and a long way from any beach you can actually swim in.

Good quality/price hotel close to the beach (the beach is not good for swimming though). The breakfast is good and plentiful (with ham, cheese, broiled eggs and many things). The rooms and bathrooms are nice (water smells bad though and the sink was quite clogged).
Internet access is very fast (cable in the rooms, wifi in the lobby). Beds are big and curtains are thick (it can be dark in the room as you want). Air condition is ok and quite silent. The swimming pool on the roof is very small and not always clean. The hotel has a beautiful view on the beach and the sea. The employees are mostly very friendly and profesional except one receptionist who does not make the guests feel welcome (the shortest of the 2 receptionists). He also tried to overcharge my bill at the end of my stay.

In Iracema, 300 m from the beach, very reasonable price, a lot of service. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and internet free everywhere. The pool on 10th floor is poor.

Overpriced, conveniently located. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and small. Biggest complaint was very, very noisey room air conditioner. We were forced to sleep hot all night. Then listen to the elevator. Front desk said maybe we would get a refund, I'm not holding my breath. I might recommend with different room.

The room was comfortable, great beds, clean linen, but we did see some dust on the floor. Great view to the Iracema beach. Very good and plentiful breakfast, good location, very nice and always helpful staff. The greatest issue was the pool, which is on the top, it was always clean but the walls don't seem to be safe at all. They're made of glass and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who drinks a bit more. WiFi signal is excellent all around.
