The hotel in general is acceptable. The room is small, but fits two people well. Cleaning is also satisfactory.
The coffee is reasonably good, but could be better.
Breakfast foods are delicious, but they are left uncovered and unidentified. Furthermore, there is no variation in food during the day, so we ended up getting sick of it, since we stayed for a week.
The shower doesn't get hot, which isn't too bad given how hot it is in the city, but on some days we arrived late and missed a slightly warm shower.
The pool was also closed and seemed to have been closed for a long time, which disappointed us VERY much, as the hotel's unique feature when purchasing the package was precisely the pool. And we weren't even notified in advance via email or WhatsApp.
The Wi-Fi is terrible, it just didn't work!
The minibar in the room didn't work well, it either froze the food or got hot, there was no middle ground when it came to adjusting the temperature.
Definitely what leaves the most to be desired is the service at the place. Receptionists in general (with a few exceptions) barely respond when you greet them and act limp! The kitchen employee responsible for serving guests in the cafe is super rude! It felt like he was doing us a favor! I have nothing to complain about the maids, they were all very kind.

The staff are very polite and attentive, they treated us well throughout our stay, every day and time, very helpful staff.
Regarding the hotel and infrastructure... terrible... comfortable room and bed, horrible bathroom, water that is completely cold and doesn't heat up... water flows everywhere in the shower...
Adequate coffee, not many options, but for the value for money it was satisfactory. There are few seats and tables...
The swimming pool is a deception, there are beautiful photos, but the reality is that it has been deactivated for months and no one has informed about it!!!

Very old hotel and does not have internet. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. I'm going to stay for a week and when I arrive late in the afternoon, I can't do my reports, because the internet doesn't work in the room. I made a complaint to reception, but from Monday to today it has not been resolved. I will not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with extremely helpful staff. Very well located. It offers a delicious breakfast where you may order some homemade pancakes and local pastries all included in the price of the accommodation. The manager Lucimar is always available to meet and greet the guests. She is adorable.

Terrible, worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
No parking, cockroach in the room, dirty, leaky walls, unbearable noise, terrible service, horrible breakfast, dirty, poorly packaged food, there was even hair in the food.
Small space, hotel says it has a swimming pool and what it offers is something horrible and doesn't work, terrible accessibility, there is no elevator.
I had to change rooms and I don't know if I was happy or sad, one room worse than the other.
The rooms on the ground floor are close to the cafe, at 5 am the noise starts and you don't sleep anymore.
Moldy, dirty walls, ceiling with bubbles and dirty shower, in addition to being low, giving the feeling of being in a dungeon.
Showers are electric and there is no hot water, only cold water, at least in the two rooms I stayed in, the minibar is empty and you have to get drinks from reception,

Worst hotel I've stayed in. Horrible breakfast, only 3 varieties of salty and 2 cakes, always the same things, in the option of hot coffee dishes, always all cold. Frozen egg, sausage with cold sauce, finally, very bad. Cleaning of the average fit without changing sheets, only and extended. Interphone does not work in any fit. When I arrived the shower was burned. They had to change fit. Anyway, I don't recommend this hotel.

Only one of the sockets in the room was working, none of the ones in the bathroom were working. The shower was burnt, only running cold, little water. We went to another room, the bathroom window was broken, buildings next door could see whoever was near the bathroom window. I don't recommend it. Poor maintenance.

Fortaleza was our last stop in Brazil. We were supposed to arrive early morning and lave early evening the following day. I have booked one night with Delphia.
The manager (speaks English) was extremely nice, he was able to do a super early check in (9am) and a later check out (4pm) at no extra charge for us (Thank you for that!!!!). He offered us to have breakfast (included) in the first day, which we haven't really paid for. So I'm very pleased, I think service makes a huge difference.
Overall the hotel is average for it's rating and price, nothing spectacular, nor nothing bad that I can say. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is fairly good (especially compared to what we were offered in Rio, Foz and Manaus).
The location is good, less than 100m to the beach, which is the CLEANEST in that area. As you get closer to the var scene and the port, the beach becomes very dirty, but there is more life in that area. It's a 20-30 minute walk to the port, or a 10 minute walk to the bar scene and souvenier stands from the hotel.
We came there for the beach, so it was perfect. However, if the point of visiting Fortaleza was shopping or bar hopping, there are better locations for that.

Except for the location (very close to the beach) and the manager's efforts, all the rest seemed poor to me. It was smelly, noisy, out of food for the breakfast (included) if you aren't amongst the first in the morning. I wouldn't go back there again.

This hotel is the best if you want total value. It is located in a great location just 1 min from the beach.
We were arriving with a wheelchair at 2AM in the morning but Donal the Manager made sure to communicate to us via email that we would have a ground floor suite and confirmed our late check in. Though there is no ramp, the staff were ready to help carry the wheelchair and person up the couple steps.
We had an issue with our taxi driver and because we don't speak a whole lot of Portuguese the front desk staff helped us resolve.
We booked a triple room and had 1 double bed with a bunk bed. The room is exactly what we expected for the rate we paid. It was perfectly comfortable for a nights rest. The stand up shower and rain shower head was awesome!
In the morning a buffet breakfast was provided: fresh juices, ample selection of fruits, breakfast cakes, scrambled eggs, sliced wieners, coffee, tea...
I can't say enough for the value that you will get when you arrive.
