Excelent reception!! We were very well attended to in all aspects, from the reception staff to the cleaning staff, everyone was very helpful and when we needed something, everything was always done very quickly. Junior, Mike and Paulo were very accurate in recommending places to enjoy good food and places where we could do some shopping. Super comfortable room and we were lucky to have a good view of the sea. Whenever I can, I will recommend it.

Hotel with excellent location, infrastructure, attentive and well-trained staff, good breakfast. They offer simple and caring tidying up on special occasions if you request it in advance. I highly recommend Fortaleza Mar!

Wonderful and inclusive hotel! We have an autistic son who only takes vitamins in the morning. Dona Edi (responsible for the coffee), a very friendly lady, took the fruits and prepared his bottle with great care, passing them through a sieve so that no pieces of fruit remained and we were amazed by so much affection and welcome! It was a wonderful experience! Great location! Super friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

The hotel is simple, it doesn't have the luxury of many hotels, but it has a service that I've never found, not even in a Resort. Starting with the reception, everyone was polite and very helpful. The very cozy and spacious room had a beautiful romantic decoration that really touched me as I was celebrating 25 years of marriage that day, and they make a treat with chocolates and a very nice note from the entire team signing their wishes in every couple suite. excellent accommodation. The cafe serves well, the location is great, close to everything and the market. All in all, a very pleasant and unforgettable experience

Well located place, you can go by feet or by Uber to most of the interesting restaurants, shopping malls and beaches around the city. Clean rooms, frigobar, tv and good air-conditioning. Very good bathroom. Average breakfast. There is a pool in the front, but I didn't use it.

It meets expectations very well and stands out for the charisma of its professionals. I recommend. The location is a positive point - close to Beira Mar (a region with a large tourist movement and a typical fair), there are restaurants, a sound & image museum and without spending much we can get around with app transport to go to the Center - where there is the Municipal Market , Public Promenade, Praça do Ferreira.

The hotel is cosy, air-conditioned, rooms are always clean and organized, the service is excellent! I went with a group of 30 elderly people and unanimously the hotel was voted as the best we've ever been to. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the location perfect, the breakfast wonderful and the service from everyone, absolutely all the staff, makes the hotel even higher than its 1,000 rating. We received complimentary water. The assistance provided to everyone in our group was impeccable. From the reservation process to the stay, everything was extremely satisfactory. It was my birthday and the group organized a surprise party at the hotel. The hotel had a cake, the room was completely decorated. They even gave me a gift. I have no words to express my gratitude for making this moment even more special. Thank you to every professional at this wonderful hotel! ❤️🌷
