My name is Rodrigo, I'm from Belo Horizonte. Talking about Sonata de Iracema is easy, as I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Spectacular service from all staff, especially the restaurant, reception and security. Impeccable. Excellent physical structure, very comfortable. Restaurant with typical food, very affordable compared to other restaurants in the region, well-structured pool area, gym, accepts your pet without any problems. Not to mention the location, which is privileged, both for those looking for tranquility and for those looking for the hustle and bustle of Fortaleza. All rooms face the sea, but with excellent acoustics as you won't hear any noise coming from the seafront avenue.

The experience is wonderful. Perfect location, super adequate and comfortable facilities, impeccable cleanliness, unquestionable security and a deliciously comforting and welcoming decor. All is well. What needs to improve? Pay better attention to the breakfast buffet, the need for lactose-free, whole and natural fermentation foods, as well as improving the diversity of sweeteners on offer (there was only one liquid type and one powdered type but WITH lactoseđŸ« ).
Another point: I missed more incisive and constant guidance for guests when it comes to noise between 10pm and 8am. Lots of door-knocking after midnight and early in the morning, and talking in the corridors at six in the morning.
Everything adjustable to improve even more!

Sonata offers good service for the price you pay, but keep in mind you will need a ride to go basically everywhere as Fortaleza is a big city. Anyway the best beaches are far so it's not an issue. Staff is all right and the service is standard. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, wi-fi works and there's a pizza place and an ice cream shop just steps away, what can make a difference if you don't feel like using room service. It's not a resort, but you won't be disappointed. All rooms have sea view so ask for a high floor. It's worth the price.

The Hotel Sonata is classified as pet friendly but they charge a high accommodation fee for petlovers without the minimum structure to accommodate the pets, I paid R$840 to accommodate 2 pets, an absurd and at the entrance of the hotel the pet can not walk, I have to put it on the arm. This is absurd!! The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, getting bad smell after a cleaning with little use of disinfectant. Dirty air conditioning accentuating rhinitis and sinusitis. In general, you have good care.

Excellent service, Adonir was super attentive to us among the other staff at the hotel, I highly recommend Excellent location, lovely view The only suggestion is that in the bath they provide liquid soap and provide guests with a bath loofah... otherwise everything is wonderful

Event was held for 25 people on Saturday with lunch included. The difference is that the nuffet from the excellent restaurant is released. Comfortable room and quality coffee break. There was support throughout the event and the coordination team was always attentive.

We went to Fortaleza on vacation, we stayed at the hotel for 7 days, excellent breakfast, very polite staff, the hotel lobby has a very good smell, the hotel location is also excellent. However, with some negative points, we didn't think the cleanliness of the room was good, leaving something to be desired, for example, the bathroom was not clean. We had problems with the water, we were on the 13th floor, we had hot water on the first and last day, during the week, we had a day where there was no water, we communicated and it took about 30 minutes for the cold water to return. And finally, we were informed upon arrival at the hotel that the pool was under renovation, even though they offered the pool from another place, in my opinion, I think they should inform us before the customer arrives at the hotel.

The hotel is well located, but the truth is that many hotels have that. Where a hotel can really make a difference is in the care and service provided and in this the Sonata de Iracema is horrible. Staff are rude and have no desire to assist guests with their requests. Gym dirty and full of mosquitoes. Hotel with 13 floors, crowded and only 1 working elevator. Work on the pool and noise throughout the day. Delighting the customer is what sets any establishment apart and Sonata does not delight at all.

The hotel has an excellent location, especially for those coming with families with children, as there is an entire leisure structure right in the small square in front of the hotel. There are bikes for rent, rollerblades, skateboards and a beautiful, peaceful beach. In addition to the hotel's own infrastructure, with swimming pools, gym, restaurant, etc. The apartments are simple and comfortable, and always clean. All apartments face the sea and have a beautiful view. Still about the location, there is everything within 500 meters. You can walk to several tourist attractions in the city center. "The elevator sometimes takes a while to get to your floors, so I'd prefer a room in the lower levels. In the other hand, the higher floors offer a different view and the hotel is right in front of the beach (but it is a matter of personal taste). There is no difference in noise, because it is not in a noisy street."
