The Hotel de Ville is located in five historic buildings in the heart of Alma Wisconsin which is listed on the National Historical Register. The hotel itself is on the National Historic Register as well. The suites and rooms are appointed in period antiques - each is unique and some have multiple bedrooms. They are all unique are the finest in this part of the State and Western Wisconsin. Our guests love our French formal and Italianate gardens (featured on TV and many magazines) as much as they love our pillow top queen or king mattresses. All Suites have air conditioning which is not the norm in Alma. The stunning Empire Room restaurant and the Alfresco Pizzeria are located on site and are destinations in themselves. Hotel guests are always first in line for reservations. You can enjoy a beer or cocktail on our patio. We look forward to meeting you!

My husband and I wanted to stay overnight in a river town close to trains. Perfect place! Mississippi River right across the street along with an active train track.
