Beautiful hostel in Rurre - great location with a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, inclusive breakfast delicious and staff accommodating. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 6am after the hell bus ride from Lapaz, random guide brought us to this place. Saw the crazy toucan the giant pool and immediately agreed on this place. Couldnt remember much details other than spending the whole day in the pool to escape from the heat. 2 standing fans were provided in the room though. Breakfasts great too....

This place was recommended to us by our pampas tour company, after a disastrous stay at Hostel El Lobo. For the same price, we had a newly-refurbished room, with clean bedding, secure mosquito netting, clean bathroom with miniature soap/shampoo and okay wifi. It also has a large swimming pool which served as a welcome break from the hot sun. The...

It was nice to stay here before going on a tour. We arrived early in the mornong and even got breakfast while waiting for our room. However, be aware that they play loud music the whoke day, starting from 11am.

We stayed here before and after we did our jungle tour. This hotel has a nice big pool which is the reason we came back the second time but upon arrival, we saw that our private bathroom had not been cleaned. It smelled like pee and there were hairs all over the toilet and sink, and the floor was wet....

without realising that the town was flooded, we decided to travel to rurre to visit the amazon. our two-day amazon trip turned into two weeks of being 'stuck' in rurre. Despite it being beautiful and 'off the beaten track' we felt like imposers in a town struggling to fight off a natural disaster. There were three floods in two weeks,...

i would like to give this hotel a better rating but the rooms are a sweaty death trap of no ventilation or air flow, lending to a painful nights accomidation. we opted to open the door for the sake of some ventilation, of course mosqitos took the opportunity to feast. damned either way and the mosqiutos won! thats says a...

At first glance, it looks nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and it seems to be a nice place to relax. It would have been great if none of the following happened. We have stayed at the hostel two times. Before the tour in the pampas and after. Both times, the room wasn't cleaned and the sheets were...

We really need to excuse for your case. At the time you were at the hotel we had some problems with the cleaning personal. As they were out of control for some days, they did not clean anymore and stuff got stolen. We managed to release them as soon as knew who is responsible for it, but polices are way...

Stayed a night either side of a jungle tour in a six person dorm. Rooms were comfortable, showers good, sometimes a bit warm but not much you can do about that in the humidity! The pool is fantastic on a hot day as are the hammocks. WIFI is patchy but the same as anywhere else in Bolivia. Breakfast is the...

A very fun backpacker hostel in the jungle with a friendly Toucan, who serves as a mascot and wanders around the property. Staff was very helpful and pool is by far the top feature at this hostel. Room was a bit dated but comfortable enough. Price point is reasonable, especially with pool features. Would return to stay here!
