Really like this place due to its size and the palace looking architecture. Very familiar feeling and welcoming. Nice to enjoy breakfast in the garden by the pool in the back. Pool is nice to relax by. We had sea facing room which really is recommended.

We loved this hotel. It is a boutique hotel, across the street from the water, with great views! The room was big and decorated very strangely but comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of food we had not tried before. The promenade is right out the door and so great to walk along. It was one of our favorite...

We visited Albania for a week and stayed at Vila Durako all the time. Very clean and superb room with a wonderful wiev. The breakfast was ok and the little pool at back of the hotel was nice and clean too. A hotel we are happy to recommend.

Recently we vistied Albania with group of friends, guided by a history professor Alban, whose research area is the connaction of Vatican and the Balkan since early Christiandom. We had our reservations going to Albania, which melted almost immediately by the warm, friendly attitude of Albans toward tourists. Our first step was Saranda, where we stayed in this Villa. The...

We are not beach people, but Saranda proved to be a good place from which to explore Butrint (lying a half hour's drive to the south) before moving on north after Butrint. This property is classified under B&B in Tripadvisor but it is actually a hotel. So if you want the intimate touch of a small inn, this is not...

The building is modern but this didn't mean the plumbing was perfect . Quite a flood from the shower ! The breakfast room/restaurant , once we had managed to find...

We stayed at Villa Duraku for 3 nights, and the location was excellent for seeing Saranda. We had a room towards the front, looking out on the sea.It was a large corner room with a large bathroom. Everything in the room was working and the A/C was execellent. Breakfast was not so good, and the pool didn't really look like...

Let me preface this by saying Sarande was not our kind of town Too much mass tourism and too little culture. You could easily just spend an afternoon here and leave. I feel like we stayed at a different hotel than the rest of the reviewers. The hotel looks impressive at first glance. However, after a closer look it's all...
