We came to visit UT Austin and this hotel was a quick 20 minute drive. Hotel check in was very efficient and friendly. Alexis was all smiles. Hotel is very nice. They are going through construction, but I was aware of it because it was in my reservation. I had club lounge access and breakfast was good. This hotel is in...

If you're intending to be in the room during the day there's quite a but of noise. Also wifi is NOT free. Catering for our meeting was pretty good quality. Parking is shaded which is also a plus. Good location for the area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay. We are very proud of our banquets culinary team and pleased that the food quality met your expectations. Our available parking is another great feature of our property. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

We pulled into the parking area near the hotel and it was pretty dark. Valet wasn't out, so we brought our things into the hotel ourselves. There are two huge (2 story?) lamps in front of the building. Seemed a bit odd. They had mint and thyme "spa" water waiting for us which was really nice. Lexi at the front...

Renaissance is clearly the nicest hotel in the area but it really falls short in a number of areas Pros: nice lobby; very decent fitness center (with pool); beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious; glad to have coffee maker in room; front desk offered a bottle of water at check in and fruit flavored water near by (but no free...

I was visiting the hotel for business a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Very close to my meeting locations. Nice staffs in the concierge. Thanks Karyn for your great service. Try Happy Hour in Eddie V's Prime Seafood which is located in 1 min drive. I will definitely go back to the hotel.

Check in was professional and efficient, many bell staff to help if needed. Self parking was free but a little confusing as they first directed us to park in the open air parking lot; only upon walking back to hotel did we see the garage and ask if we could park in there (severe weather that weekend) and they said,...

I was visiting this hotel in consideration for a conference in 2018. The location of the hotel is great in NW Austin. There are lots of restaurants close by within walking distance, with the hotel located in the Arboretum. There is plenty of FREE parking next to the hotel and in the garage next to the hotel. There is a...

I arrived at this hotel and couldn't even hear the desk clerk due to jackhammering. Imagine the sounds, smells and dust inside a floor to ceiling ATRIUM-style hotel under construction. No indication anywhere online that this hotel was having work done, but the front desk had a letter from the ENGINEERING department (explaining the construction would continue all day, every...

Hotel is beautiful, staff is helpful, but the restaurant in the center of the hotel is under construction till August. The jack hammer noise will be very loud during the day. You have to leave to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The noise is too loud.
