Not worth $320+ a night!! Very disappointed with this hotel! This even includes their "club level" room! I only give the two stars because (1) their truly awesome food at the Knotty Deck and their wonderful servers there and (2) for the water and snacks available in the "club level" lounge. So, for that $320+ a night, you don't get...

I adore this hotel. I was actually here for a state test and decided to spend the weekend. The rooms are huge and lavish. There is a nice indoor pool that seemed to stay private every time I went for a swim in the middle of the night. The first floor is full of business/casual restaurants and a large area...

I was here for a sorority regional conference, which has started off rocky with the rude & clueless front desk staff at our arrival. There was a gentleman who saved the day and helped us locate our delivery on the dock, he was kind and most helpful. The hotel has several nice restaurants and bars areas to choose from. The...

Stayed here for five days and enjoyed it. I was upgraded to the club level on the 9th floor which provides you free breakfast/light dinner each night. Tons of free parking outside, not sure why they state it costs $10 on their site. Plenty of great surrounding restaurants that you can easily walk to. Bedrooms are nice and large. Atrium...

This hotel is great. Shuttle to the Domain and within a 5 mile radius. Great to shop or spa at the Domain. I recommend Spa Reveil, shuttle drops you right at Kona grill in the Domain, next to the spa. Hotel staff friendly. Aveda products in the bathrooms. Knotty Deck and Bar has great classic cocktails and Eddiie V's and...

Excellent rooms, engaging employees, and excellent concerige level. The location is a bit away from downtown, which could be a plus or minus for each individual. Restaurant in hotel has live music in the evening, which is nice touch and happy hour. Many restaurants are near and the hotel front desk provided me with a running (jogging) route. This hotel...

The hotel looks very elegant with it's revolving, wide door and its valet folks, but beyond that, this hotel needs some serious upgrades. For the elegant look and prices, there are no USB outlets in the room and only 1 telephone. We had a king suite. The bottled water is $4 when it should be free. The view overlooking the...

Check-in was fast, friendly and helpful. The room was surprisingly quiet (even with the atrium), and the beds were comfortable. The hotel could use a little attention. The bathroom wasn't very clean (hair on the shower wall), and all the elevator panels seemed to have damaged buttons. Poorly maintained elevators make me want to take the stairs! Finally, I had...

Rooms are clean and spacious. But missing some basic facilities like a microwave oven in the room. Though considering the hotel, they should offer in room microwave ovens. Overall a good stay and very helpful staff.

Was there for a 4 day conference along with SXSW attendees. Hotel upon arrival seemed great. 30 minutes after arrival as we were waiting to check in, a very important piece of my luggage came up missing. After reporting it missing, dealing with a very rude bellman supervisor (who told me he wasn't looking for anything until I checked my...
