I booked for two nights through Hotels.com, which turns out to be a front for Expedia. I paid on line. The hotel has a policy of putting a $75 hold on your credit card for the duration of your stay. When you check out, LaQuinta is supposed to take the hold off the card. When I checked out, I asked...

The property is really dated. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, economical and close to the freeway. The toilet ran all night, the air conditioner was not working properly and after checking in the room, it was apparent that the room was not cleaned properly. Only stayed for one night. Will not recommend this facility at all.

Thank you for choosing La Quinta for your most recent travels to Austin and for sharing your experience. My apologies that the room did not meet your expectations. We strive to not just meet but to exceed the expectations of our guests and based on your feedback it is evident we failed with that endeavor. I have addressed your concerns...

This hotel was a good value for the price in a good location. There was easy access to Austin convention center. Traffic outside was heavy but easy to access. The staff at the desk was very courteous and helpful.

I have a limited budget for travel, so this place is the best that I could afford. It is an older location with some lighting and plumbing problems. It does not have eggs, bacon, or biscuits as a choice for breakfast. It does not have a "happy hour". It's a good stopping place to sleep and be on your way.

This hotel was nice in the sense that it was aging and there really wasn't much they could do for that, but was overall a decent experience. It may be time for an overhaul on the rooms, and I am not a huge fan of outside access hotels.

This was a nice, clean, friendly hotel. I asked to have a room in the back because I don't like the noise from the freeway and the staff accommodated with a smile. The price was $50.00 cheaper than the Best Western across the street which I really liked.

I stayed at this location for one night due to it being in a convenient location. I checked in late and checked out early due to being on the road for work travel but overall it was an okay hotel in my opinion. The room was clean and they gave me my Elite member treat bag when I arrived so...

I had 6 people staying here and we could only let them stay one night. Dirty rooms, drug deals in parking lot, noise from a chainsaw, people driving close by. We checked out after one night and will never go back.

The hotel is in a sketchy area but close to downtown. I was there with girlfriends celebrating my birthday. The hotel is old and we saw baby cockroaches. Since we were there for only one night, we laughed and did not care much. But, I don't think we would go back.

Walls are way to thin above and beside. Stayed at for convenience and price you get what you pay for . When on a budget you do what you have to but sleep is so important. Will stay again because of price and convenience to get to work.
